Standard Starbucks, but 3 out of 4 drinks in my order were incorrect. Wrong milk was placed in coffees, and a tea-based drink was made espresso. Labels were correct, drinks were wrong.

As I gave cashier my Personal cup, he tells me " we do things differently here, we don't handle the cups, take cup to end of counter" SOOOOO why did he NOT give me discount for having a Personal Cup ❓

Can't get orders correct. Overcharging for drinks. I ordered a short got charged for a grande. Let's keep hiring dumb kids who'd rather socialize than help customers. I know, I know, get off my lawn... and out of my coffee shop too.Never had a good experience yet. Slow. Forget stuff. Here's a hint: remember people who come in every day. Put stoppers in all the drinks, especially in the drive-thru. We're in cars. Give napkins with all food items. How is this not standard practice. Oh and before everyone jumps all over me, yeah I do know what's it's like, worked at Starbucks for 15 years. If you just go to Starbucks, choose another location. I will.

Generic Starbucks in a strip mall. Friendly service, but cold in winter and seating is mostly tables and high-tops. One area with four soft chairs. Not a great place to meet friends over coffee.

Very clean and lovely environment but the coffee is so much hotter then any other Starbucks I burnt myself and it also tastes very watered down.

Chaotic Coffee

Drive thru attendant had a nasty look on her face when I decided not to tip, then “accidentally” gave me the wrong coffee. This whole I deserve a tip attitude is seriously killing my Starbucks experience every time I go.

Always shorting drinks I usually get an iced coffee and they NEVER fill the cup. I even tried asking for less ice and still asked them to fill the cup. Tried a hot coffee today and this is what I was handed. Seriously???

Drive thru experience. Employee tipped him self. Did not show me the car reader. I go here all the time and always tip.Save your self the hassle and use the Starbucks on Roosevelt road and main in Lombard.
