I ordered a nacho fry box with a regular taco instead of a dorito taco. They still gave me the dorito taco. They also gave me cold fries and a chalupa with a shell that was so stale I could barely bite into it. They also gave me no napkins which wouldn't be that big of a deal except they didn't put the lid on my water on correctly and it spilled all over my car.I don't expect things to be perfect but I expect at least 1 thing about my order to be correct.I will never go back as this was not my first bad experience there. I'd rather go the extra 5 minutes to the rice lake square location.

Went here for lunch at about 10:45 am on Sunday, absolutely no one around even though it opens at 10:30. Go though drive through and someone says hello and nothing else for 2-3 minutes. Drive through to pick up and no one is working in the restaurant. Park and try the front door and it's locked. Never come here drive north or eat at Wendy's or McDonald's down the street.

Most of the time I go there they're out of things that I order.. They pick their hours. They close early. And when they do have what you order the orders usually wrong.. One of the most incompetent places I've ever been..

Horrible. Literally never open during the day. You pull up to the drive thru and no one is there. They finally added an automated voice that tells you politely to f*%k off because no one works there during the day.

Pulled up in the drive thru at 10:40 and sat there for 5 min and then pulled up to the window and banged on the window with employees ignoring me. Called and they said they don't open till 11 because of staffing issues. It's not posted anywhere on the doors or drive thru. And online it says that they are open. Will not be back.
