My sister was ordering a coffee and when she was about to pay she had a coupon and the girl mumbled and we couldn’t understand her. When we saw the receipt and it gave us original price. So we asked the employee and she told us “it didn’t go through, I don’t know why” so we asked if she can add the coupon and chose not too. We asked for a manger and she said she wasn’t there and we asked if she can call and she did. We asked for a refund because we had other stuff to do and she said we couldn’t and she still couldn’t a refund because it was “expired”.

Amrit rolled her eyes when I first ordered. I had a coupon on app and after my transaction when through she said it didn’t work and when I asked why it didn’t go through she said I don’t know. Couldn’t give us an answer. She called her manager and was on back in the phone. I told her to do my drinks and she proceeded to go back in the phone and not do my drinks. I miss Emma being here she was friendly and very helpful. This new lady seems like she doesn’t like her job. While I was still here another customer came and was arguing with her too. I won’t be coming back here I’m very disappointed.

I wish I could give zero stars - this place is AWFUL. I ordered a birthday cake for my husband one month ago. Came in tonight to pick it up and they not only hadn't made it, but they claimed to not have the order. Believe all of the other reviews that experienced the same bad service - STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

I have been coming to this location for specialty cakes for quite a few years now. I drive past a few Baskin Robbins to come to this location specifically because both management and the employees have always provided me with amazing customer service. The owner is involved in the operation and is just such a nice person. The staff is very professional but most of all, they are just all so nice. I could get the same cake made at any Baskin Robbins, but it's well worth the drive to this location to know that what I am wanting, will be done right, and that my little bit of business I give them is appreciated. Baskin could do right by using this as a model ice cream shop.

NEVER open on time. Whoever is in charge of opening likes to arrive an hour+ late. Some days it’ll be 12pm and the store is still locked up and empty. Ok top of that the one time I did get ice cream you can tell it was old.

Today is my birthday and I really wanted to have ice cream from Baskin Robbins. My girlfriend and I had never been to this location before and were extremely impressed with how clean and well maintained the store was. The gentleman that helped us was really friendly and had no problem giving out samples to try. While chatting with him we got a pint of ice cream and 4 single scoops and found out he was the owner. My gf originally wanted to recreate a family tradition of mine with a chocolate chip ice cream cake that is a staple memory of my childhood. After she called several locations and no one knew what she was talking about, we noticed he had cut cartons of ice cream on the counter, similar to what she was looking for. The owner told us he DOES make them and said they were called Fudge Rolls. Simply pick whatever ice cream that you want and they will cover the entire ice cream cake with fudge and nuts if you want them. Since we already got the ice cream, he gave me a free scoop for my birthday along with the hot fudge and nuts. It was amazing with no freezer burn. Can't say enough great things about him and his generosity. We will definitely be back for the Fudge roll....definitely before my next birthday.
Really, really love their chocolate mint ice cream & wide variety of other flavors; albeit, a bit pricey?

5 star for nice people works here but 0 star for the price of the items of this location. They are selling all items for very expensive than other locations . I have posted 2 pictures and the picture with blue background is from this location and other picture is from a different location.

Do not go to this location. Cones are stale. Another customer had a stale waffle cone, and the red-headed worker refused to give her her money back, then she offered her $1 back. The red-headed worker said they just made the cones that morning lol I had two others with me and all three of us had single scoop on a cone. Two of us had the flat cones and the other one of us had a chocolate dipped cone. All three of our cones were stale and old. I got the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream and the ice cream was melted and was not like the typical ice cream flavor like the other locations, like a cheaper quality tasting.

Overpriced we literally went and got 3 Small shakes it was $30 mins you for small shakes everything is overpriced there wouldn't recommend
