Great food, great speed when in the drive thru line.One issue is they have packet sugar and half and half. For drive thru. They won't put it in your coffee. You have to do it yourself while you're driving your car.It's not frustrating but it's kind of....in the way.

This restaurant seems fine and the service was nice at the window. However, when I put in my mobile order for and paid for extra veggies on my sandwhich they did not give us extra veggies. And they also did not give us our order of fries. At the window i aske the worker if they added extra veggies and tmge said "if thats what the order was, then thats how it was prepared". He didnt ask or check. And the bag was taped closed so i did not check. But it'll be the last time that i do not check when having my bag taped and sealed.

This place is absolute garbage, probably the worst food experience in all of GH. For years I've tried to give this place one after another chance to see if things change after a few months in between visits but the quality of the food is terrible and the amount of mistakes and lack of any sense of urgency from the staff is crazy. Whoever is training and managing this staff, especially the evening staff, needs to know that they have 2-3 grown adults working at a fast food restaurant with one order every 5 minutes and they still get it wrong EVERY single time. Do yourself a favor and go to one of many other fast food restaurants in the area except this one because the lack of responsibility in this establishment is laughable, you will be shorted on food, have a wrong order, and get cold and stale food every single time.

Came here 2 Uber pickups at 12 am on a Wednesday. There was no answer from anyone. Had to knock on the window several times, the employees inside continued ignoring it. After 20mins & 2 other cars came and yelled into the speaker, did they start saying they were closed.Don't have innacurate hours posted, and don't keep your Uber app open after you've closed. You waste other people's times and money doing so.
They're supposed to be open and several times now we've placed an order around midnight or so and when we went to pick up, they are closed. The last time cooperate didn't give me some of my money back because they said that I exceeded the amount of times to get refunded.. I'm sorry.. your business is supposed to be open and they're not.. you took my money from my account and I'm not able to get my stuff.. I don't care how many times that happens.. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! They lost a costumer after this time.

Always nice people working there. Food is made the way I ordered it on the app & tastes good. The app has a WAY better selection of reward Food & drinks for less than the other big burger (M) place. This Burger King location is hands down my favorite.
