Nice people and cute place. Was not a fan of the food. I ordered the Chili Relleno and a taco. The food was bland and the peppers had alot of seeds in it, which kinda ruined it. Would give it another try and maybe try something else.

Good Tequila's. Goodness. Moved to IL 5 years ago and finally found my favorite Mexican restaurant. Chips are fresh, the wait staff are on point and friendly. Lately, they've been giving out samples of the chicken chipotle soup and it's BOMB! It tastes homemade and just warms you up. I the chicken chimichangas are crisp and melts in your mouth. This last time we went for dinner, I had the steak and chicken fajitas. It was excellent! Portion sizes are good too. We went for dinner on a Friday and a live mariachi band came out and played, it was great! Definitely one of my favorite restaurants.

The dining experience at the renowned Mexican eatery, Good Tequilas, proved to be an absolute delight for the senses. Upon crossing the threshold, my attention was immediately captivated by the exquisite decor that adorned the establishment, including the meticulously decorated and painted tables and chairs. An unexpected surprise awaited me even in the confines of the restroom, where the ceiling was artfully painted in a striking two-tone combination, further enhancing the ambiance of the place. The tantalizing combination of crispy corn chips and delectable salsa was a revelation to the taste buds. While the unseasoned corn chips served as a subtle accompaniment, it was the salsa that truly stole the spotlight with its rich and vibrant flavors. A harmonious blend of ingredients, with just the right amount of cilantro, lent a sophisticated complexity to this seemingly simple dish. Our selection of the ground beef enchiladas verdes for the main course was a study in culinary elegance. Though seemingly uncomplicated, the dish exuded a depth of flavor that was both comforting and satisfying. Additionally, we savored the caldo de res, a hearty beef soup that exceeded all expectations. The beef, marvelously tender and bursting with flavor, mingled harmoniously with an abundance of fresh vegetables, creating a wholesome and nourishing feast for the senses. Service was fast, super friendly, and very attentive. We'll definitely be back.

The food is exceptional! I was only there for drinks but decided to eat last minute. The Southwest Chimichangas are *chef’s kiss*. There is a similar dish at an American restaurant in Southern IL, and I have been craving that dish. So glad to know they have it here. It tastes more authentic here as well. Along with great food, they had my favorite margarita, Sangria Swirl. Delish!!!! Will definitely go back. Service was good. Suggesting the waiter ask if we’ve dined there before. Felt a little rushed and it was our first time there.

Went for dinner on a Tuesday evening. I ordered the enchiladas el pastor(wasn't a choice on the menu, but they obliged). My wife had a chicken burrito suiza. Both entrees were very good. We did not order an appetizer but was surprised by a complimentary bowl of enchilada soup. Very tasty! Portions were perfect. We didn't need a doggie bag. Would have given 5 stars for service, were it not for just 2 wait persons and 2 large groups of diners.

Food was ok. Service was fine. Salsa is sadly some of the blandest worst tasting salsa I've ever had
