I ordered a batch of sandwiches for my son's birthday and everybody got food poisoning and I called them to confess them and they never gave me a refund and never called me back and blocked my number so don't go to this Jimmy John's they suck, try not to poison other people Jimmy John's, hate you!

I don't understand how they can put a tip jar out in front of the register. No tips at McDonalds but they want a tip for doing their job. I'm sure the manager gets a cut. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they got one wrong. Very nasty customer service

First, I asked if I could get a bag and the guy arrogantly said, there there you can bag it(the bags were behind the counter. He was such a jerk.Second, I got my sandwich home and the bottom os rock hard and I had to eat the sandwich open faced.He obviously doesn't care but, he lost a customer.

The asshole... Probably the manager... The slick hair & bandana... Don Juan... To tell me that to use the restroom... It's for paying customers only. I asked for his name... With his snarky attitude asked for mine. I'm sure it's not Don. Regardlessly. I asked for his position to the establishment... He told me he's a register clerk. Eitherway... I tried to explain to him that the law in IL... There's no policy that a paying customer must buy something to use the restroom. And he looked away to help the next customer. That was the trigger & with him acting like an idiot I will contact my attorney & follow suit!! Just the attitude is uncalled for & he shouldn't be the face of Jimmy John's!! This will be very costly for the company to hiring ignorant fucks like him!!And why the hell do I want to buy my food & take it into the restroom?? To set my food in a filthy restroom??There's something to think about... But eitherway... This will be resolved & have this 'ONLY FOR PAYING CUSTOMER' policy removed!! #RestroomAccessAct #Section107 #AllysLaw

The workers here are literal gems. I come frequently for a quick lunch during the workday, and they always remember what I normally order. I am always greeted with a smile and my sandwich always tastes great! I've been to other locations and I can say nobody makes a Vito like my Glendale Heights JJ's. :)

This lettuce is very old its white and brown. I also didn't get the bacon I ordered on it. So $20 for roast beef and bread.

CAN'T CUT THE MUSTARDNot all Jimmy John's are created equal.This JJ's is next to a Jewel Osco on Army Trail Rd in Glendale Heights, and it's no great shakes. I've probably been here 4-5 times and each visit has been a step down from the last. I recently stopped in for a quick lunch and waited the longest I've ever had to at a Jimmy John's; it was definitely not 'freaky fast' as their slogan boasts.On that same visit, I asked for 'no onions' but lo and behold, my sandwich had plenty of them. Not a huge deal as they're easy enough to take off, but still, the employees clearly weren't paying attention. Halfway in, my #5 started to taste very odd, different than any sandwich in the past. I don't know if the culprit was an old tomato, nasty cucumber, or the onions I specifically asked to have omitted, but something was definitely off.For what it's worth, this store smelled unusually yeasty, and I don't mean the "oohh, freshly-baked bread!" kind, just that horrible acrid sourness that's synonymous with Subway. Blech! I couldn't wait to take in some fresh air.Additionally, I wasn't thanked when leaving or greeted upon arrival. Most JJ's are fine with the pleasantries (in fact, some staff are downright chipper) - alas, this one was not. The reception I got was as cold as the salami & provolone on my Vito.* TL;DR *James Mayo Johnathon! (Jimmy John's full legal name) I'm disappointed in you.My wife has been a lifelong JJ's fangirl, but for my money I'd rather get a sub from Jersey Mike's. They're always friendly and have fresher ingredients at similar prices (here they sell a regular 8" for $6.89, whereas Jersey Mike's sells a regular 7" for $7.95).Yeah, a botched order and an unwelcome attitude is grounds enough for me to bid this location 'adieu'.

I have been a customer of Jimmy Johns for over a decade, and an employee at multiple locations for a combined 5 years or so. This store is slow beyond slow. Either they don't care, or they treat their staff with such disrespect that they can't keep employees. I'm not sure which is more true at this point. When you go into the store, everything seems to be fine, but if you ever order delivery, be ready to wait at least 30 minutes. And the worst part about it is they do not call to explain that they're busy, nor do they answer your call when you try to get answers on what is taking so long. What happens if I am a customer trying to call to place an order, not just ordering online? This store will continue to fail with the mentality that they practice, and at this point, I wouldn't cry if they did.

Worst place! Took 1.5 hrs on delivery. Called was on hold for over 10minutes with some poor excuse on driver issues. This location in general is never reliable, but if I want delivery I have to wait on them. The could have at least given a free cookie or something. If your short staffed don't take orders. I'd give it a zero start.
