This Bloomingdale location continues to go downhill. They are getting worse instead of better. I went through the drive-thru and was told chicken & string beans would be a 12 minute wait, so I changed my order. They still parked me after I paid. Waited 15 minutes for my order - which I was NOT warned would be delayed - when the woman in the car waiting next to me told me to go inside, because they had parked her, too, and then FORGOT ABOUT the order. It is half an hour after they open and they don’t have half the menu ready. I couldn’t get my kids any unbreaded chicken.No chicken for my kidsNo spring rollsNo large cups for drinksAnd then when I was done paying and noticed they didn’t give me a straw I had to call the store on the phone to get their attention! JUST TO FIND OUT THEY ARE OUT OF STRAWS TOO!What a joke. Close the store if you can’t serve the menu.

Food today was horrible, I picked kung pao chicken. There was barely any chicken, mostly was mushroom whole mushrooms. I dont recall having mushrooms in the kung pao. This time it had no zucchini. I had the feeling like they ran out of ingridients and they just threw whatever they fund in it
