Most the employees acted like they couldn't be bothered. They don't call out the ticket number for pick up loud enough to hear and then they just sit there looking at you.

I had an order for pick up on 03/29 around 7:10 pm and decided to sit and eat by the corner booths. While we were eating we saw a mouse run by the booths witnessed by a couple and family sitting near us. One of the patrons went to speak to someone in the front, and she said they just shrugged it off. My partner and I moved seats and the couple near us moved after the mouse ran up the wall near them again. I'm from the city, so seeing a rodent was not as jarring as the fact that not a single employee came to check out the scene during the 20 minutes I stayed after the incident was reported. Additionally, another lady who had a pick up order went to speak to them at the counter after we warned her not to sit by the booths.I love Portillos but I will not be dinning anytime soon.

It's portillos, what nor do you need to say. Where a burger truly is "flame broiled" and awesome. Where the tamales are steamed amazingness. And the fries . . . Are to die for. Have loved it for decades. Still the same awesomeness.
