I order online through the app for curbside pickup and they gave my order to someone else/ even though I had the receipt and had my name and car disruption in the order. When I asked for a refund or a new sandwich they didn't give it to me./ I was on my lunch break and wasted my time and money there. Never eating here again.

The guy who was making sub had attitude, and he was touching everything with the gloves that he made my sub. When I told him to change his gloves he gave me attitude and frown at me. He was so rude and gave me attitude!!! And then when I ask for more napkins he was looking at my table to make sure that I don't have napkins any more! He also made a mistake and charge me extra!! Never going to this location again!!

Subway is a complete rip off totally false advertisement. The sandwiches aren't even close to what the pitcher looks like when you ask for extra condiments they want you to purchase them when even the extra. Condiments don't even come close to what the pictures look like. The amount to meet is absolutely false advertisement. For as much as they charge and as little as they give basically your pain for bread. You call the corporate office to complain they no longer let you speak to a human as well as any extension you dial they don't answer and say that. You're calling i'm nine business hours when it is business hours. Everything about subway is false advertisevent don't waste your time or money especially the one in glendale heights. But I have found they're all the same so don't even bother going to subway unless you want to pay ten dollars for bread

The Indian lady in the front that was making a sandwich was so rude, she threw the sandwich and was mad she looks like she doesn’t want to make the sandwiches for the customers I don’t recommend going to this place.

Terrible staff, terrible quality, veggies mixed with each other, old looking, dry Black Forest ham laying on top of steak portions, they try to give you as little of veggies as possible, the worst subway experience I ever had, I will never go again to this location and I would suggest that to everybody else, just watching how they making sandwiches makes me sick, very very very bad experience, if owner allows for that he deserve to go out of business, STAY AWAY!
