Absolutely Horrible. The worst people skills I have ever dealt with. I saw an ad for the new steak teriyaki sub. I asked for the tomato wrap. The young man started preparing a spinach. I tried to tell him that I wanted the tomato and when his coworker a very loud rude older man kept interrupting to the point that I couldn't get a word in. When I was able to tell the young man that I wanted the tomato he argued with me. I ended up walking out without the sandwich. I wondered how a subway could have such low reviews on yelp and then I realized their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Bloomingdale is a wonderful town with many other places to eat. Even though it's fast food, please support eateries that have more class, etiquette and appreciate their customers.

The food was old especially the lettuce you could tell the lettuce was keep in the fridge for to long, when I tried to pay the I had two 1 dollar bills and he tried to take the old one the one that I wanted to keep and he enforced that he wanted the only one and I had said not to but he insisted.

I ordered a 6" they make a 12". I ask for Italian herbs and cheese bread they give me french. Terrible service. This why i never eat at subway. It's been 6 years since I had them. I am done giving them a chance. Good luck in your terrible journey.

This location is awful due to the two middle aged women running the place. Never been treated more rudely and had a sandwich thrown together like this place does. I got there and the place was empty and the woman was on a personal call laughing and blankly staring at me while I stood in line patiently for the one minute she kept on talking. My sandwich was burned in the toaster and she couldn't have rushed me out of there any faster. I had to say thank you 3 times before she even acknowledged I said anything. Worst customer service at any subway I've been to over the years. A couple days ago I went and walked out at how carelessly another woman threw Turkey on my sandwich etc. the meat was all messed up in the bins and she couldn't care less to make my sandwich somewhat nicely. In the past I know subway has a process for how they put on the meat etc and this woman should be fired. On the other hand I have gone recently and dealt with a young man around 18 years old who was extremely professional and amazing. He was almost too nice and made my sandwich very well. He even clarified what I ordered more than once while checking out and thanked me. This man should be in charge of the two older women who are probably his manager. Give him a raise. If management reads this I am sure you know of the two women I am referring to and also the young man. End of story this place is careless and sandwiches there are now around $10 and not $5 like they once were. Go to any other location than this one. I barely review anywhere, but when it's more than one person making me feel uncomfortable ordering a sandwich I will voice it.

11.99 for a wrap???They didn't had the Spinach wrap ready, they where defrosting there so I got the tomato instead. I wanted the Turkey, Bacon & Guacamole Wrap. But they seem like they weren't know what they were doing, they didn't know it comes with bacon.And they charged me "$11.99 plus tax of course ?

Second time wrong order !!! First time old bread my husband have to go again and return the sandwich ....today I order Italian harvest & cheese bread and the lady give me French bread instead! Maybe it’s time to change .. sad sad sad
All ingredients pretty and fresh. Everything looks perfectly clean. Employees wear masks and gloves. Perfect spot for quick lunch break. Cheap but reliable place to eat. I keep coming back and never disappointed.

Ordered 2 sandwich ft long today both sandwich came with stale bread.after complaining they refuse to accept. Bad service.

Toppings are never fresh here. Its clear they are trying to save a buck. Friend ordered no lettuce girl behind the counter still put lettuce. When confronted about it she brushed the lettuce off the sandwich back into the lettuce bin. I would be cautious eating here.

Ordered sandwiches through grubhub. I did put toasted but they didn’t toast the sandwiches, they were cold and the bacon was very fatty and very gummy.
