My experience at this Chipotle was appalling. The service was abysmal, with staff members displaying outright rudeness. Not only did they seem disinterested in helping customers, but their attitudes were downright disrespectful. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism. Avoid this location if you value decent service and basic courtesy.

This is my 3rd or 4th time coming to this location and I really don’t know why I even returned because each experience was very poor. They do not greet you, they rush the entire time even though they are typically empty. If you come an hour before they close, they will not have all food options available. You can clearly tell they are not held to the same standards as your typical chipotle. It is really horrible. Hopefully Chipotle sends a secret shopper at two different times a day to see what I am talking about. I can assure you it will confirmed.

Food was mediocre. Nothing special and not much flavor. The customer service was awful. Staff wouldn't answer our questions about the kids meal and just laughed at each other like there was some inside joke. The staff also charged us for an extra burrito. They didn't even say they were sorry when we brought it to their attention. Definitely not going back to this location.

A few weeks ago i was at chipotle and a costumer proceeded to throw up in the front table where people order food. The restaurant manager that always works in the AM proceeded to clean it up and go back to serving food like nothing happened. I find that to be EXTREMELY DISGUSTING totally lost my appetite after that. Named
