They never miss to make great food in here, Italian beef is fire, and burgers are made well and placed perfectly. Whatever they are doing back there they are doing right. Only complaint would be the blond muscular gentleman seems to always have an attitude. If he sees this all I gotta say is chill out broski it will be alright ?

First time visit in a former IHOP space. It was large and fairly clean with a quiet, respectable worker mopping the now-uncarpeted floors.I made it past the line of order counter menu-gapers and ordered a Fish N Chips - hold the tartar sauce. And hold it they did! So many eateries ignore that request but here it was even on my receipt! Thank you so much.The fries that came with the order -- from my experience, not exactly "chips" in the English sense -- were of regular, American, crinkle-cut fries thickness, hot, lightly salted, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Excellent job and I liked them better than English chips.And the three pieces of deep-fried, battered fish were also hot, crispy on the outside, and meaty on the inside. They weren't as flavorful as the fries but a tall, full shaker of salt at my table was able to address that to mood and preference.This eatery is by a Planet Fitness so is in a great location for post-workout dining.

When you walk in, you order your food, pay and get your table.Service wise it's 4/5 as they should explain where condiments are and where to get drinks etc. instead, they just hand you your receipt and cups and you'll have to go fill your cup, grab utensils and find the ketchup hidden under the counter with the garbage can.Also for the price of the burger it should come with fries imo. Food wise, it's 4/5 as it was mostly good but the two garlic bread we received with the meal was extremely chewy and had to really pull the bread apart. It should have a toasted crunch and easy to bite into. Ambiance, there is plenty of seating spread out and when we went there was a very large section with about 8-10 toddler, so I'd say it's good for families.
