The food is amazing! We ordered the steak dinner and lamb chops and they were phenomenal! Seasoned and cooked to perfection! The mashed potato’s were sooo good along with the broccoli. Also got the Margarita flatbread and it was WOW!! Don’t get me started on the crab rolls. I could eat 10 of those. Finally we got the bread pudding and I was in heaven! Kids were even given Wikki sticks in these cute little goody bags to keep them busy even though they were super occupied with the game room. The chief/owner even came out and greeted everyone which I thought was really nice. It’s hard to come across good quality food and great customer service and this places defiantly provides that. Believe it or no, I was a vegetarian for 7 years even throughout my pregnancies where I craved everything but meat! Just recently started eating meat on occasions (I still get grossed out) but the steak I had last night I can honestly say I want to go back today and order it again ? called my mom, sister and some friends to tell them they have to try this place since we are always looking for good food which is so hard to come by!

Chef Jaime seems to have cracked the code on what Glenview needs. Perfect blend of family friendly dining area with a separate bar and dining room. Accessible food and drink menu that has variety without being too pretentious. Food and service was excellent. Chef also came out to check on our table and we had a chuckle regarding the history of her chicken kyiv meatballs. 80s music overhead. And I love that teens are working valet and hostess stands, hustling to make a buck -- applaud the support. This should be a regular in your dining rotation.

I highly suggest making a reservation because the couple of times I've been here, the place was very busy. This space has been empty for a while after Pizano's pizza closed. Parking can be challenging on a busy night. I liked what they did inside. The family area (groups with kids) and the main dining were separated. The interiors were beautiful and the place was clean. I've tried: CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP- hearty and delicious SMASH BURGER - I've had this on both visits and honestly, it reminded me of an elevated Big Mac. It had the same components: the slaw, pickles, onions, American cheese and the smashed patties. The first time, they served it with a side of waffle fries and the second time, they were with french fries. Both sides were great. CEASAR COBB SALAD- fresh, delicious, and satisfying GREEK CHICKEN SANDWICH- I liked the seasonings on the chicken and it went well with the delicious slice feta cheese and tzatziki cucumbers. Overall, I had a nice experience on my visits. On both occasions, the owner/chef Jamie Bisoulis chatted with all the guests in the dining room. I am glad that Fire Thyme Kitchen opened in this area and I am pretty sure they will continue to be successful. More power to you Chef Jamie and to everyone on the team.

I'm in heaven! Huge range of gf options - almost everything on the menu has a gf option, plus lots of vegan and dairy free options. Dedicated range, oven, griddle and fryer for gf. 2 kiddos have celiac (wheat allergy) so we appreciate this!!! Everything we had was so flavorful and fresh. It is a bit pricey ($35 chicken, $19 burger). We sat in the kids area which I think is wonderful if you have very small kids, but otherwise is a bit loud and lacking the ambience of the main dining room.

Has a New York vibe! Food and Service Outstanding! We had Boursin cheese stuffed meatballs (yum) & Sous Vide Sirloin Cap with garlic, shallots, butter, thyme/rosemary - Delicious! Mixologist is very talented - my hubby had their take on the Sazerac. Chatted with Jamie/Owner who simultaneously quality checked our food. Grateful for this beautiful restaurant in Glenview! We will be back soon.....

Great new local restaurant!! Owner Chef takes great pride in us having a wonderful dining experience. I went with a friend on a Tuesday night. The place was all women except the two of us once the early bird families were done. Service was attentive. They have vegetarian options, which I took advantage of with a burger. It was crowded. My only gripe was I had to wait for a parking space.

I'm very impressed with the restaurant. I'n always looking for a new restaurant. We walked in at 5:30 and there was only one table available. One of the best features is the kid friendliness. They have a game room for kids that is good for young and older kids. They brought a bib for my grandson too, very smart feature. Really good smash burger, salads were good size and fresh. I recommend bring the family but making a reservation is advised.

Hours were posted for 10pm. We drove over to find out the restaurant is not open until 10...but 9pm. Only the bar is open later.

The food is excellent! Service was so friendly. They are still working a few things out with the space (noise levels) but they are on it and it's just going to get better and better. So happy to have this new addition to the Glenview dining scene!

Love this place so much! The food is delicious and even my three picky eater kids agree. The croissant flatbread is what keeps me coming back, paired with their signature extra dirty martini. The owner is so sweet and always stops by to say hello and thank you to the table. This place has become a regular for my family.

Pros: kid friendly, great play room, nice ambiance and vibe.Cons: over priced food, very salty. Mediocre service. The turkey wrap was wet and slimy, my chicken was marinated in salt, the dressing was spicy, the Diet Coke was flat, and the apple bread pudding dessert that sounded good was wet and soupy.

We had lunch on the second day it was offered and the wraps we ordered were delicious. They were too much food for us to finish and were just as good the second time, as leftover lunch. Our server was friendly and informative. Jamie, the owner/chef checked in with us a couple of times. Very nice atmosphere. We'll definitely go back.
