My Family and I walked in at he restaurant at 8:45PM and tried ordering a deep dish pizza. But the server and the manager Dan refuse to take our order for a deep dish pizza stating it was too late.I looked around the restaurant for signs and any policy stating after 8:45pm the restaurant can no longer make pizzas. When I spoke to the manager he arrogant and wasn’t willing to help me and my family.

Not much to any of these restaurants but the food was great the manager explained the pizza and size cause we were about to buy way to much what he suggested was perfect stopped on the trip back home and bought take and bake for family in MN first time with this type deep dish not what I was looking for wanted traditional fresh style but was pleasantly happy Even though it's a chain.

Genesis is an amazing cashier who immediately helped me with my order! This is the type of service that more food place need, apart from the service the food is literally to die for!! Highly recommend this awesome place!!

Having become less thrilled over the past year with the taste and quality of Lou Malnati's we are venturing out to find a quality replacement for our spinach deep dish pizza, well done and uncut. Now it's no replacement for Pequod's, it fair matched with our favorite pizza, almost. We like a crispy crust and although it was ordered and ticketed as 'well done' it was not. By our standard, not burned but CHRISP not completely soft. So one more try, at double well done. I hate to warm an oven to finish cooking a pizza on the stone as that's what I'm pay for. And why don't carry outs have any printed menus? Especially for those that don't live on a phone and are old school. Even simple no color laser printer menus.

Pizza was great as usual, was in the mood for cheese fries, but unfortunately they don't serve those. So, instead I got some Parmesan fries from them that were really tasty, not the same as cheese fries but was a good substitute. ????

We went there 45 minutes before closing but they were still so kind to accommodate us ordering a deep dish (which takes 40 minutes to make). The gentlemen working were incredibly kind and made delicious food!! The deep dish was amazing, and despite it being primarily a carry out location, I would go to this location again 100% over others. They're awesome!!!!

I'm always happy to see "Gluten Free" on any menu, but my Gluten Free pizza was so salty, I couldn't finish it. The crust has a wonderful texture...hard to achieve...but the salt, gosh, such a shame, it ruins it. I hope this review helps change the amount they put in the dough in the future. Nice place otherwise, and I used to love their regular pizza when I could eat Gluten.

We visited with our whole family and had a good time. This location is small but has more chairs and tables outside. I wish they had a baby changing station though. Food was great and staff was very attentive and friendly!
