Ordered two slim sandwiches around 6pm on a Wed night. (open til 9). The website said "out for delivery" from about 6:30 until I called at 7:30. I called 90min after the order was placed, and asked what the status was. I was told to "hold we will check with the driver." I waited 8min on hold before I gave up and tried to call back. And they kept picking up the phone and hanging up immediately without saying anything, must have seen it on the caller ID. I wasn't rude, just asked what the status was, and they were the ones who put me on hold, so I was pretty shocked at the hanging up the phone. Finally tried calling from a different number and lo and behold they answered. I asked again if the order was on its way, and they said they literally didn't know, and he still had to make the sandwiches?? What the?? So, at this point, it's after 8pm (2hrs since order) and I just said to cancel the order and refund the money. He said he didn't know how. (He said he was the manager and working alone??) How does the manager not know how to refund my money? Luckily I placed the order with the cc, so I will contest the charges, but we never got the food. I paid, 25% tip included, and got no food. And no explanation of what the heck happened. I'm still scratching my head. I realized tonight I am incredibly naive in that I have never placed an order for food and not had it show up after paying for it. Looking at the other reviews here, I'm wondering if this is some sort of scam, because it seems to happen a lot at this location. Buyer beware. Feel free to go in, but save yourself the trouble and do not order delivery from this JJ location itself. I can't speak to delivery from other delivery services.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s I have had the displeasure to order from. Unfortunately it is the only one that delivers to my work. The sandwiches are usually incorrect and I have waited over 2 hours multiple times to get my order. Recently I ordered the limited time chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes. Not only were there tomatoes on it but someone added onions as well. Not advertised with onions and didn’t have an option to remove them because there wasn’t supposed to be any! Ruined the sandwich. Go somewhere else!

Wow, this particular Jimmy John’s location provides Unbelievably Exceptional customer service across the board, Above-and-Beyond their regularly good customer service. ‘Not only great sandwiches— butRogelio and Christyshan ( the associates on this specific visit) were so Kind and polite; and clearly knew the establishment’s products to make what turned out to be an excellent choice for myself, my Mom and our ‘older’ friend. My Mom loved the turkey sandwich with provolone ( I am sorry, I forgot the name of the sandwich / number) ; I love the Veggie and our friend loved the Spicy Italian. Bread is delicious— that ‘just right’ soft ( but Never soggy!). Sandwiches are well- seasoned (of course varying on the type of sandwich) but not overly- so.Both associates were very kind — even close to their closing time full of energy and treated me as a valued customer.Store clean and nice ambiance; dine-in available too.Thank you!Vegetarian options: I had the Veggie with advacado and provolone— delicious and perfectly satiating but Not ‘overly so;’ feel full but no unpleasant aftertaste etc. It was just right— especially for this weather.Kid-friendliness: I did not have the children I care for with me on This specific night but — this Jimmy John’s perfect for kids ; can even eat right outside ( town benches). Have lost faith in this location. They constantly mess up the order. If you order delivery they will not notify you about the status or delivery of your order, or even knock / ring the doorbell to notify you that it has arrived and it will take about an hour even if you live within a mile. My driver also pulled out and drove the wrong way down a 1-way street at 10 miles over the speed limit, and I live across from a park so kids are constantly crossing the street. Freaky slow and disappointing.

Didn't used to be a problem here, but they are consistently extremely slow to deliver for the last year or more. Expect about an hour to deliver. You may see your food arrive earlier, but an hour or more is typical at lunchtime. Swift delivery is heavily marketed, nationally, by this chain... so something has gone terribly awry at this location for them to have issues with this.Another major gripe is that their phone number is more or less non-functional. I'm not sure that I've ever been able to contact them at the listed number.No complaints about the sandwiches and things tend to go quickly when you order in person.
