Maru is our favorite sushi place by far. It never disappointed. It's always fresh, rolls are the perfect size versus other popular sushi places around where pieces are huge. There is a great diversity of rolls to choose from. Highly recommended.

Been coming here for 5 years. It’s outstanding and amazing every time! Outstanding gyoza and roll. Recommend the hamachi ponzu, oyster shooters, Pokémon roll, kids bento box with chicken. The most lovely people own it and run it. So hospitable. Just love, love, love!

Don't be quick to judge a place by its location. It is small and a bit tucked away, but the sushi at Maru is definitely work seeking out. The rolls are as delicious as they are beautifully prepared and the service is attentive and personal.

I ordered the spider roll, spicy tuna, and the power ball. The power ball didn’t have any cream cheese in it like described in the menu and they were filled with bright red salty imitation crab. The spicy tuna was hardly spicy and was so bland. The spider roll was boring too— I expected more sauce, or flavor, or something… I can honestly say I’ve had better sushi store bought from a refrigerator section. I was so hungry too which usually makes food taste better I think… I won’t be back. I don’t recommend. Nice staff though.

First time here and I'll def be coming back. Sushi was very fresh and tasty. We ordered the crunch munch, spicy tuna, and Philadelphia roll. All we're really good, but the crunch munch was amazing! The seaweed salad was also very good and light.
