Pad Thai was honestly fire. Pretty far from traditional, but noodles were cooked really well, and the sauce was bomb. Mac n cheese was aight, cheese sauce was pretty good n cheddary.

This location was so amazing before the management change. I knew the employees and they were so accommodating and wonderful to see everyone i came. I came in and ordered a mac and cheese with grilled chicken and received burnt hard chicken and the noodles were hard as well along with the cheese that was burnt. I brought this to their attention and the lady in the front said they made it already and I can't get a refund. What a terrible establishment. I will not be returning due to the terrible customer service. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I gave this location (Glen) 3 chances but the cashier has a very bad attitude, she doesn't even answer me when I say hello, she could be doing other things and just say "hold on", things don't look clean, the grills and the instruments they use They look really dirty, there is a person with a big beard preparing the dishes and does not use gloves or any facial protector, the Asian girl who cleaned the sauces cleaned them with a very dirty piece of paper tower without even changing it. very very disappointing for the area that is you could expect something of quality. It is worth mentioning that in my visits the time has not been rushed and they still make me wait a long time, also the portions are small than the regular ones

Miserable looking girl at the front has the worst attitude!!! Says they’re understaffed so you can’t order in person, not too sure how that makes sense. Will never come back here again unless it’s to curse them out. If you don’t like your job, leave.

Food was delicious, but bathrooms desperately needed some attention. I'm sure this was probably only due to terribly messy customers and staffing shortage. Staff was very friendly and hard working, and our order came out very quickly. It is sad that customers can't be respectful in bathrooms, especially since this restaurant is located in a nicer shopping area.Dietary restrictions: Gluten sensitive options are available.

I live above Noodles and Co., they haven't fixed their HVAC for two months. I have to listen to all hours of the day loud, rumbling noises. Evenings and night are the absolute loudest. My apartment walls and floor shake. The apartment manager has talked to them, I have called. But still, the HVAC hasn't been fixed. Two months! Absolutely ridiculous, and completely disrespectful to a tenant and my life. I will never, ever eat at a Noodles & Co. again.
