I prefer Natural vanilla ice cream. I asked the music to be turned down because we couldn't hear our talking very well. Nice area to sit.Employees were very nice. Thank you.
Great ice cream and thank you to the lady who filled the cone all the way down❤The free water was leaking all over the floor with no wet floor sign up. I told the guy behind the counter and he just said "yeah we know " and I asked for a wet floor sign and he said "we have one "it just wasn't out?Like they never put one out and water was flowing down the counter and across the floor over to the opposite wall.

A Chicago staple! This place gives authentic ice cream shop vibes and it's a great place to stop when I'm home in the summertime. Shop workers were quick and kind, and the place was pretty clean considering it had quite a few groups of people in there.I went with a classic Mint Chip and it hit the spot! The kids size is packed with ice cream, so save a couple dollars and get that instead of the small.

ZERO STARS IF I CAN. I just left, my cake shake has ZERO cake, is runny as heck, and the dude was so rude and depressed. What bitter, rude, and terrible customer service. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!UPDATE I went back to ask and he was insistent he put the regular amount of cake in, and it literally tastes like strawberry purée. What a pathetic attempt to make a cake shake. I left it there for them to dispose without complaint because it is not about the money, but trash customer service and even more trash shame. His name was Diego. What a terribly unpleasant experience.
