I ordered deep dish meat lovers pizza today but what I got was totally different. A lot of onions and tomato sauce, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria, which does not take into account the wishes of the customer. Too bad I'm disappointed (

Went there on sunday night. It was pretty slow. Waited for food (pasta and pizza) for pasta and pizza forever. Server Christianna had an attitude that you really didn't feel like staying or being served by her. Busboy did better job. We ordered medium pizza she got us large. Slow service. Bartender looked like he know what he is doing and was friendly. Food was nothing special.

2 couples, they had thin crust, we had deep dish. The thin crust was passable, but the deep dish, we didn't care for. The crust seemed like it was store-bought, and from there it went downhill. Will not return for another try.

Fantastic food with superior, personal service. Great people and a wonderful feel. It's our pizza and Italian place.

We had dinner last night at the Glenview location. I pre-ordered to make sure that we did not have to wait. There was, only one waiter for the whole restaurant who was also the bartender. We never saw our waiter again after he delivered our food. It was the bus boy who was checking up on us and occasionally the front desk would come around. I don't think I'd visit this place again. Poor service.

Always great pizza! We have loved it each time we've eaten here. Exceptional service and dessert to top of the whole dining experience. We will definitely be adding on the warm cookie dessert loaded with ice cream, whip cream and chocolate syrup next time! Yum!

I agree with other Yelp reviews, not so great. The cheese garlic bread appetizer was bland. The calamari appetizer was terrible. Many pieces were burnt, fishy tasting and small portion. The salad was good and fresh but I thought the Italian dressing was too strong. The chicken parmesan was pretty good and I did like the meat sauce with the side of pasta. The crust on the pizza was so hard, it hurt my teeth to eat it. Our server recommended the thin butter crust. I wouldn't order that. I remember the deep dish pizza being better. The cookie dessert is yummy! A hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and whipped cream. My glass of wine was small. I know with inflation, prices need to go up but everything seemed expensive for what we got. Doubt I'll be back. I worry for the restaurant.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review as you can see if you read others I've written. If I don't like a place, I don't write a bad review. I just don't go back. But I had an all-around hideous experience at Pizano's Glenview over my Saturday night family dinner. I placed a take-out order for a thin pizza and a chopped salad with "no salami." The girl who took my order said "ok." When I got home, the salad had bacon all over it. I called to let her know but she put me on hold. The manager picked up the phone ready to play hardball saying, "what's the problem?" From the start he had his attitude. I actually apologized to him if I seemed frustrated since I was a little upset that my salad wasn't what I was hoping for. I told him the Pizano's Glenview menu I found on Google and Yelp showed salami. That's when he yelled back "Google is FU___ING wrong all the time!" Now all civility was thrown out the window. He yelled at me that his salad has "bacon" on it, not "salami." However, that's not what's on at least 2 of his on-line menus. Bottom line, It's a restaurant manager's job to: A. Make sure the main hit for his restaurant on Google Pizano's Glenview doesn't show ingredients that he isn't serving. (see attached photo showing the menu on Google) B. If you're not going to clean up the menu on Google, train your takeout phone employees to confirm what meat your salad has on it when the customer says, "no salami." Don't train them to just say, "ok." What if I was a vegetarian? I ordered my pizza with black olive and garlic, no meat. C. Don't yell F-bombs to your customers who just dropped $50 for a 14 inch pizza and an awful tasting salad.

Trust me when I say I did not vote this administration into office. That being said everyone and everything has gone obnoxiously to the moon in pricing but we still support $10 a gallon gasoline stations and local dining establishments. After not opening for however long Pizanos's opens in Glenview on chestnut so we order carryout 2 pizzas thin crust and the wait time is 45 min (for thin crust) maybe an employee issue. Either way 1 pizza was double sausage and the other was cheese. $51 hey no problem even though we got No crushed red peppers nor parmigiana cheese but when we get these tiny little pizzas home for $51 the double sausage was barely 1 order of sausage. Now I don't mind to pay your obnoxious prices but I do mind getting ripped off. Shame on the family for not staying on top of there process.

My wife and I went there Saturday night for dinner Host told use only sits at bar available WE sat at bar ordered and within a couple of minutes We both said how cold it was at the bar another couple sat next to use and said the something. They were lucky the had jackets I saw table for 2 available away from bar and went and told the Host how cold we were and he said that the table was reserved I said I guess I'm out of luck He then went to thermoset and turned off the air Can over to me and said I was rude to say how cold it was and told me in a few minutes it was going to become hot in the whole restaurant and everyone would be complaining I said I could no believe how he was talking to a customer and I said I wanted to leave. I asked for my bill for 2 drinks and salad we eat in the cold He gives me a check for $52. and I said that this includes the Pizza I put a $100 bill on the bar and he push the bill back at me and said just leave WE DID AND WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN
