Asked for chicken noodle soup and it was SPOILED. It was visible on that the soup was not good anymore. I’ve been to this place a couple times before and it has never happened before. These new workers are not capable of running this restaurant. Due to that I lost my appetite and threw out 30 dollars worth of food.

I was the first time in this restaurant I ordered two sandwiches (foot long). and unfortunately the bread was old both sandwiches landed in the trash bin
Very stingy with servings. I know they have scoopers that they fill but this guy under filled the scooper and even picked off a couple piece of meat with his fingers. Maybe like 5 pieces of onion and 4 tomato slices on a footlong.

horrible customer service, if i can give zero that will the review. almost 1 year before , i went there . one employee (male person ) was so rude to me.. he was chewing indian tobacco in his mouth and not using any gloves while he serving.when i asked some questions he was answering angrily.i am almost going to call cop for his bad behavior. i don’t know , he is still there or not..

The guy behind the counter berated me because I ordered a spicy Italian and changed my mind as soon as he put down the first piece of meat.. he told me that I was wasting his time cause he had to leave in 30 minutes he then challenged me to a fight and said he didn't need his job at subway.. it's not often I consider shitting in the sink of a restaurant but I probably will if I am ever there again.

If I can give a zero, I would. It took 45 minutes to get four foot longs finished with just me as a customer in the store. Very slow customer service! I started helping the worker put the sandwiches in the bags and told him not to cut the sandwiches as I was going to be late to where I needed to be! The corporate will be contacted as this was outrageous for the amount of wait!!! Very disappointed!!!
