I went to the drive thru today and they had me wait 15 by the door while 3 other cars behind received their orders. So I went inside to see what the problem was and the girl who took and brought my order didn’t even apologize for the long wait and tried to give the bag to my 7 year old what an idiot. I’ll go to the Wendy’s down on Golf rd they are so much more professional and actually know how to do their job.

Going to this wendys I do not understand why the workers do not want to take your order but instead say use the machine to place your order. These wendys employees do not want to do there full job and some individuals can't use the self order machines. If you are that lazy to say I don't have a cash register available so use self order terminal is beyond ridiculous. I left without ordering because the workers would get mad if you told them can I place my order with you.

Beware they will charge you extra if you aren’t paying attention the first two times I said ok it happens. Third time the guy panic talked and gave me my money back immediately as if he knew what was happening.

I have only been here a few times however, based on my experience, I found the taste of the food to be quite satisfying. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also appealing.The service in this restaurant was consistently reliable and the staff was friendly.The competitive service response time was also commendable.Additionally, its convenient location.Compared with other fast food restaurants where I had experienced I would give it overall 4 stars.

Looks like you stepped into the 90s with the dining area. Very outdated and empty. We ordered meals and asked for small frostys on the side, and instead got only frostys and no drinks, but the line was so long we just went without. Not the best wendys I've been to, but sadly, also not the worst.

Mobile ordering never works at this location on weekend mornings for the past 2 months or so....seems to only be an issue at this location and only when a particular employee is working. Probably turning off mobile ordering cause of laziness. I will be contacting corporate.

They charge over $ 6 for a single.. I'll stick with McDonalds. They're $ 2 cheaper than Wendy's fir a cheeseburge.. I paid over $ 15 for 2 single and small fries. No Thank You. I'm gonna watch somewhere else.

I ordered 2 singles.. and small fries ..came up 14.89.. They charge $ 6.00 and some change for a single. I can eat a burger at McDonalds for $ 2 cheaper.. Rip off.. I remember years ago when their burgers were a little over $ 3.00
