The service is top notch and down to earth. The cheese they use is grade A! I've had the deep dish before but wasn't a fan, only because it's too sweet of a sauce for my taste. However I recently tried the thin crust and it worked very well under the cheese with the sausage, bell pepper, onions and mushrooms. Seems like they saute the bell peppers and they are long pieces not diced. It's costly pie but we did get the 18 inch with 4 toppings, which came to $40. But all costs are rising. I would definitely come back to get a personal pizza for myself! I will have them brown the cheese next time. Definitely worth a try. I enjoyed the antipasto salad, just wish they chopped the meat and cheese instead of long slices that were still partially connected. I had to re-cut it which I didn't particularly mind doing but prefer it done for me if I'm paying for it.
Favorite pizza since I was a child. I drive all the way from Wisconsin just for this pizza. Everyone I've introduced has absolutely loved it. You won't be sorry.

The pizza was " meh" when the pizza cooled off the cheese turned almost translucent makes me think it's definitely not real mozzarella. The sweet sauce is good. I really wanted to like this place but I can't get past the cheese. The customer service was pretty good, the young lady who answered the phone was nice & I wasn't on hold for long.

The pizza is phenomenal. As someone who’s picky with crust I actually love it. The only complaint I have is that almost every time I order from here the pizza needs to be re-cut. If you try pulling a slice out all the cheese will fall off if you don’t try recutting it. However, the quality of the pizza certainly makes up for a bit of uncut cheese. Favorite pizza spot.

Always fresh and never short on toppings, Cooked to perfection, They also have many other food options too, Excellent service from the front counter to the workers, all ways giving a hello as you can watch them making the pizza's through the glass inclusion. The owner is even making the pizza's too and over looking things to make sure everything is up to his level of Excellent food quality,, Some times it gets a little busy, but for the best pizza around, it worth it ,,...

I grew up on Arrenello's but unfortunately moved away 35 years ago. Every time I visit a deep dish is a must. I did as I was home for Christmas and in addition to ordering a deep dish for dinner I ordered 2 to take home to Virginia. They cook it and then freeze it for you. I was planning to pick up my 2 pizzas Thu evening but due to me misreading the closing time I failed to show up before closing. They called us to remind us that they were about to lock up and we had 30 minutes to get the pizzas. Had they not called I would have showed up an hour after they closed and wouldn't have been able to get them before I left the next morning. Not only the best deep dish in Chicago but the best customer service also. Rich, it's nice that things haven't changed.
