Ordered 2 flounder sandwiches. They were very hot and very fresh. I was pleased. The drive-thru intercom was not working very well though.

I ordered the fish sandwich dropped fresh and the young lady who took my order made sure that happened. Even went so far as going to the back to make sure the cook dropped it! It's the small things that matter most!

I ordered a 3 piece spicy white on line for pick up. When I picked up my order instead of communicating and letting me know they did not have white meat they just gave me what they wanted me to have, a 3 piece dark. I ordered white meat because I do not eat dark. The sad part is white cost more than dark, why would you give me something that cost less than what I paid for. They could have asked and I would have gotten the ghost pepper wings in place of it. This Popeyes customer service is always horrible. This is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time they have been a complete disappointment.
