Applebee’s is my favorite restaurant in Granite City but my visit last week was very disappointing. I ordered a chicken strip basket and had 9 fries. (And yes, I COUNTED!) My mother had 12 fries on her plate. Maybe I have been spoiled in the past, but that was a let down. I had to ask the waitress to bring me a cup of sauce 4 times (in a 35 minute time span) before finally receiving a tiny cup of sauce. My boyfriend’s four cheese pasta came out last after everyone had finished and was freezing cold - to the point he could not eat it. His breadstick came out AFTER our waitress had taken our payment. We did not get refills either. The waitress was a very nice woman but the service was not good. Hopefully, I will have a better experience next time.

The hostess seemed uninterested in helping me. But once the waitress got to me she provided a good customer service experience. The food was delicious and I ate it before taking a pic I forgot sorry lol.
Half hour wait for wait for shrimp 15 minute wait for Jack and coke no wonder they closed Applebee's in Fairview this one needs to be closed too.

The Applebee’s food in Granite city is delicious especially the salmon. it is quality and priced very well. I have been to other places to buy the same exact meal, and it was overpriced. The staff is very nice friendly, and the food comes out like made to order. whoever is in the kitchen cooking give them a raise. They deserve it and the rest of the staff. Also they are very friendly.
