Waste of money! Just left the Granite City Dairy Queen and ny over was so messed up! Did not receive dipping sauce and it took them so long to acknowledge our presence at the counter our food was cold. Asl fir a classic cheeseburger with ketchup only but at least they just totally ignored that part of what I said then put tomatoes on my sandwich which I can't eat then the manager for the night got all huffy when I complained but at least another worker and cook wanted to make it right but I just wanted to leave

Wife went there order two meals. Was missing a burger, they told her told her to wait in the parking lot they would bring it out after 10 minutes she went back inside and asked for a refund apparently one of the girls got mad and wanted to fight don't think we'll be going back there

I wouldn't recommend this place if you actually want any food or service. Great place to go if you just want to listen in on a bunch of young workers laughing and gossiping while trying to overcharge you for the wrong order. This has become a long running pattern here so I am convinced it either trickles down from management or at a minimum they couldn't care a less about their own franchise.

It is hard to believe that dairy queen of Granite City is still in business. Second time have been there to order a difficult item called a banana split second time they do not have the ingredients for a banana split really sorry that I put such a difficult order in at a dairy queen store. They should close and plant flowers in the building, where it used to be a dairy queen. Waited 10 minutes to be waited on and then had to wait for her to come back and say we do not have the ingredients to make that about the third time left without ordering anything. Great job Granite City Dairy Queen. Sounds like you guys are still the same
Got a double cheeseburger tonight 11 dollars for just the burger. So when I mentioned the price on the menu I was to by the girl at the window brunette with glasses that's the old price this is the new one on. And false advertising is false advertising double cheeseburger small cheese curds and a strawberry shake 17 and some change glad I kept my recipe ?

First of all waited 10 min while a customer couldn't get her money right. Then the cashier proceeded to make their order while 3 other people just stand around doing nothing. Maybe u should hire alittle more experienced people with the public or actually hire an adult to manage all those high school kids cause they need supervision. Left before we ordered. Second time we have left without ordering anything.
