Spent $50 got 3 Philly steak and cheese sandwiches two of them was way too done the buns was hard as croutons the brownie was as hard as me leaving it out for 24 hours my pepperoni pizza had three pieces of sausage on it definitely was displeased

Ordered our pizza and when I went to pick it up they had just put the pizza in the oven. In total I waited an hour for the pizza to be done and when I got it it was barely edible. I understand being busy and understaffed but this was ridiculous. We ordered Brooklyn style and it came out cracker thin and it had no cheese!

I arrived 30 mins after me order was place. The time said 20-29 minutes. We sat at the pickup window for over 5 minutes while employees walked past several times and just looked at us. We even tapped our horn, which was also ignored. When someone finally came to the window, he told us that our order would be 40 more minutes. We went home to wait, and the tracker said it was complete. We drove all the way back and waited at the window for another 10 minutes for them to tell us that they were just now putting the pizza in the oven.Ridiculous and unacceptable. I would not recommend.

So, we ordered two subs and a loaded tots, from the domino's on Madison Avenue, about 5:30. When we ordered it said about a 50 minute wait. It is now 7:39 and I just got off the phone with them. I was informed it would be another 2 hour wait before it could be delivered. I was also informed that we are still at the bottom of the list, as though they have not received any orders since ours. When I asked the "manager" about that, her response was that she didn't know if there were more orders, but that we are still the bottom of the list. The "manager" was nothing but excuses and attitude. Ridiculous. I will be calling corporate tomorrow. A four hour wait is unbelievable.
This dominos is absolutely a joke. They are very rude. I put contactless delievery due to me being respectful trying not to get the driver sick. They said my food was delievered and my husband walked out whole street to see if our food mistakenly went to a different house. I called them and they wouldn’t even offer to send another order out and said if someone took our order it wasn’t their problem. If your driver would actually read they would see our address on our mailbox. They are very rude I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. And I will be calling corporate

Casey is the manager, she owes me a refund and refuses to fix the issue. This is going on over two months now. I have called multiple times and I am given the run around. Casey screens calls because she owes for medical bills. Casey's husband answers the phone and talks for her but refuses to get her on the phone as well.
