Went through drive thru. The person on drive thru was rude. Kept uugghh if u asked a question. Then after being rude not willing to listen. Gave us on our food that if she would've took the time to listen would've known my my husband is allergic to bacon and I can't have tomates or ketchup. Also paid for large size n received small. The food is always fresh for the most part. The Fish tacos are too small for the price they ask for though. The customer service isn't bad I haven't had any bad experiences so far. I go to the one off of route 3 near 270east & west in Illinois.
