Service was fine. Food quality was terrible. Never received a response back from management regarding the food quality. I was really looking forward to KFC. I ordered online. I picked up the food about 5 mins after I ordered, got home, opened up the bag, and was completely disappointed. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The corn was so old the kernels had shriveled up and turned that strange brownish color. The mashed potatoes were so old the potatoes had soaked up the brown color from the gravy. The macaroni and cheese and Cole slaw seemed ok. The part that gets me is I never heard a response from management.

I returned to our local KFC at 6:20 pm today. I received great service, best bucket deal. Got home, fresh hot and yummy! Sick of burgers. Skip the cooking and go back to a great chicken dinner and sides. Great clerk! Great cook. Great curbside bring out with a smile.

Ordered 8 piece family. Biscuits were hard as a rock, chicken was dry and drumsticks and wings were just larger then my thumb. Small side portions. All for $31.00. Save your money and go somewhere else. I will never go back.

Worse KFC I've been to. I ordered a 3 piece extra crispy meal. Got 3 dry wings no cole slaw or biscuit. You should get a breast. Totally unacceptable. I will never go there again. Food went into garbage where it belonged. KFC is my favorite chicken place but I won't go to this one again. Do better people.
Ordered a 3 piece big box meal. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The chicken (all dark, didn't order that way) was over cooked to the point that it tasted burned. The chicken had been laying out for quite some time because it was dried out. Mashed potatoes were cold and the coleslaw was warm. I stopped going there because of the poor quality food but thought maybe they improved. No, they did not improve one little bit. Definately the last time I'll go there.

I usually try to leave a good comment but this place is so hot on the inside the employees are trying to take orders in that heat no air was blowing at all inside. The took my order was very polite the young man tried, I really appreciate that but the owner are to be ashamed of themselves the working environment is terrible. So I give 5 stars to the young men who are cooking in that heat and the one with the headset was awesome.

The main manager is having extra marital affairs with one of his managers. With that relationship there is a lot of tension with the workers and they can't keep employees because of it and makes dining in the store uncomfortable. I would not want to dine here again until this issue is resolved.
