Last few times we have been here, the food has taken forever to get done. Seems like management needs to do some training with the employees, boost the morale and speed things up! The team needs to communicate better with each other as well to create a more efficient flow!

On 3/22/2024 I ordered a deep dish supreme 4 sticks in slices. And my deep dish supreme was only cooked around the edges.Lightly the rest of it was all none cooked dough.

Absolutely horrible service and management obviously doesn’t care, place and order 45 minutes in advance and when I get there to pick it up, nope, not even ready, you’ve literally had a hour to make a large pizza, and how management didn’t care, I’ll not spend another penny in that store, I work too hard for my money to be treated like my money doesn’t matter, and this isn’t the first or second time, I’ve tried to contact corporate and nothing, no call back no email

My experience was so terrible its really pathetic honestly guys even the store owner doesn’t even wash his hands which is so outrageous like come on you’re the store owner and the fact that I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food is ridiculous I don’t not recommend going there at all please save your money guys honestly this place needs to be shut down

Not sure what happened but I had little Caesars for dinner last night and by 11:39am I've been to the toilet 3xs. My stomach feels horrible right now. Be careful this has never happened to me before.
