Well it's great if u don't mind going back thru the line again after u pay!!! Apparently it speeds them up taking money then u can wait again in the line to get ur food ,smh I NEVER!!!

Spend 25$ on food that not even correct, I said no cheese and there’s cheese I said only ketchup they put everything on it , we call the store 5 times not one single pick up , they rushed us at the speaker , I’m about to head back and ask for a refund for my shake aswell after seeing the other reviews ,

I got my first Rally's banana milkshake and it was delicious. I can't wait to get back so I can get another
At night time this is where all the people walking the streets all night go to eat, so you may have a few uncomfortable experiences if your on foot. Other then that just an above-average version of every other rallys. The food I've had there has been pretty decent so far. A bit of a wait compared to most other fast food but the food is good.Parking: Not much in the way of parking directly at Rally's. But you can usually park right next door at the neighboring business with no issuesKid-friendliness: At night there are some shady figures that come here to eat or hang out sometimes. Probably not a place that you want your kids running around at night. During the day it's not badWheelchair accessibility: Considering that everything is outside of the building you can get there in a wheelchair, hell you can get there in a little red wagon if you want to

Rude as hell employees. When asked a name after getting out of line with us they refused to state name. Customer service is horrible here and they tend to be more interested in gossip or phones rather than their job. This wasn't just once but same experience 4 times.

Pulled up at 9:30pm...man's voice asked what we wanted...then a woman's voice came on and said they werent taking orders at this time .????

The food was but the service was horrible as we went through the drive-thru we had to turn around and pay for our meal go back out of the parking lot and pull back into the other drive-thru window just so they could clear their drive through time and be able to pass it. This is what they had every single customer do we waited like 25 minutes all together for our food as for all the other people who was in line they all had to do the same thing and they had to wait
