I just read some very awful reviews. I personally will continue to give bad if not horrible reviews for bad service and quality. We all work hard for our money. No matter the industry. I will say i got more than i expected at this specific subway. Something that i have not had in the metro east since covid began and people began to give up on everything. Appreciate they’re open in the morning, they were able to make a short notice semi-large order of sandwiches quickly for us. Both ladies were very friendly and professional. Plus they had all the ingredients (not always the case during recent visits to other locations).
Young people behind counter need a class on how to work with the public,most is common sense and manners,she threw my lettuce and onions on,threw the knife when done and acted put out when I asked for a water cup,in the beginning I asked if there was a key to bathroom,she said men's was only one available and was I going to order anything?
