Normally other Waffle Houses service and attitude is not desirable. This location in Granite City I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendly service. We had a sizable order with 2 to go orders and the food was out in a timely manner and cooked perfectly. Great job and restoring my faith in the service industry ? ?

The food was great, our server was pretty, but the booths were little tiny it was hard to sit comfortably.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on ground level so a wheelchair should be able to get in.

Went in for a quick lunch. The staff were all very friendly and the service was fast. The server recommended the cheesesteak. It was delicious! I will definitely be going back. This is now my go-to cheesesteak place.

It's definitely not the Waffle House of the South that i grew up with in Georgia, but I am glad there's one kinda close by to get a decent-ish fresh waffle & some scattered, smothered n covered hashbrowns off the griddle! It's not a bad spot, just mehh.

Waffle House is such a great never changing place! The food is always the same, so there’s never any confusion on what’s good. The one thing that always is amazing, is the service and how that is always wild and different. I’ve never had a bad experience, but it’s always fun to see how there are so many ways to accomplish the same goals. Keep it up! ?

I just love this place so much. Truck parking and the staff is so nice. Good food and good people. Always leave here so happy. The waitress we had a few days ago was so nice and caring. I regret not getting her name, we were distracted by a fellow trucker we had helped with getting his truck started, but she took really good care of us. Thank you so much!!
