Shimoji continues to offer a premium coffee experience without having to head to more urban areas of the state (i.e. Edwardsville, Effingham, etc.) and I welcome it. Living in a more rural community I think we've come to expect the lack of quality that comes with establishments such as this one and its refreshing to see, in more ways than one. Continue to deliver Shimoji and I think we will see you all over very soon
I was driving through Greenville and stumbled upon this little coffee shop. I got the dark chocolate, iced cafe late and it was absolutely delicious!! The man who served me was so kind too, it made my day!

I went to the Greenville location today, and the two ladies working convinced me to try a “Cotton Candy” cream soda. I can’t express enough how good it was. I was going to take a picture of it to post because it is also really cute looking, but before I knew it I drank it all. Was longing for another one. Perfect spring and summer refresher.
