Avoid this place. It's brutal. The food quality and the staff. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different buffalo wild wings. This is the worst one I've ever been to.

Ordered traditional wings with no drums and celery/cartots... 20 mins later the waiter comes back and said sorry, we cant cook your wings unless they have drums too... i dunno, been doing it the same way for ten years, but ok. So i changed to boneless and HOUR later, after 2 beers and eating celery and carrots, I got what looked like bits of crust that came off an actual nugget. Im not sure where the chicken part comes in, but I never saw any chicken. The waiter spent most of his time constantly trying to upsell me even after I said no thank you. Its a regrettable experience that cost me $60 after tip (which I shouldnt have).Worst buffalo wild wings I've been to ever, but to be fair, they have all been bad since the pandemic, this one just got the number one spot on a bad team.

We had a great visit on Sat afternoon. Our server was really great and friendly. Only downside was she seemed to be by herself and it was kind of busy. They do have a new feature where you can order right at the table so that seemed like a nice alternative.I tried the new triple bacon burger and it was actually really delicious. The new honey sirrachia wings were great also.The food came out a little slow, but overall we had a pretty great experience.

My most recent experience was this past Saturday. We met with friends and the place was relatively empty-for good reason. Service was spotty, but the waitress was nice. The food came out all at different times instead of all at once with no explanation. The “grilled chicken” wrap was god awful. It wasn’t even warm when it came out to me and it was actually mushy shredded chicken. It didn’t come with bbq sauce and ranch even though the waitress said it did. I only ate half the wrap and ate all my tots then had to eat something after I got home. My friend’s mushroom burger was spicy for no reason. Their mom’s wings were warm but tossed in a cold sauce when it should be warm. Then my other friend had his fries BEFORE the wings showed up and he was the last person to get anything (waited about 30 minutes for his food alone). Meanwhile, he saw like 4 or 5 servers chit chatting in the back. The bartender was nonexistent I think because they took forever (20 minutes or so) just to serve tap beers and a tequila drink to my friends. Again this is during a slow time before a shift change roughly an hour later. I can see why my friends don’t go here anymore, but my husband and I received a 25% off coupon after having to wait over an hour past the estimated pick up time to get a to go order back on Thursday. They also make you pay with a QR code if you’re using card. I’d like to give 2.5 stars in reality. Mount Pleasant, MI had better service and better food overall when I was there last.

If you're looking for prompt, friendly service and food you're happy to pay for, Buffalo wild wings in Gurnee, is not it. I've never been to an establishment where the employees really don't seem to want any business. To start, we waited about 5 minutes to be seated- there was almost nobody in there and several employees, all of whom looked right at us but never said hi or asked us if we wanted to be seated or what. It a few more people showed up behind us, still not sparking any reaction from staff. Finally I asked a person if they're open for business(it was 2:30pm). That seemed to prompt an interaction and we were seated.Our server started off friendly, introducing himself and a trainee. He asked us if we wanted drinks, appetizers, etc. I ordered wings, my daughter ordered tenders. So my wings come out and he says" here are the wings for now". No explanation on the missing tenders, so I'm assuming they're coming up soon. But time ticks by, no tenders, no explanation. Not even an apology or ETA on the wings. The trainee drops off utensils. Next comes the server, asking if everything's ok.... like no?? We're still waiting on a meal?? To which he shrugs his shoulders and tells me they're just not done yet, as if I'm being unreasonable, or pushy. Still no apology or reason. Tells me 5-6 minutes, only after I ask how long. 5 minutes later still nothing and at this point he's totally just avoiding us. Our drinks are empty, no refills. The trainee comes and asks what's wrong. She then tells me they forgot about the tenders, so sorry. She was really nice and REALLY trying, so not her fault. But more time passes I finally asked another employee for the manager. So out comes the manager, super nice, apologetic, tells me a new guy dropped the tenders so they're making more now. 20 minutes. But they're going to be free and I'll get a coupon. When he leaves I eventually get the tenders but now my server has a major attitude, the tenders look burnt but by now I'm over all of it. He immediately brought the check, no offer for drinks or dessert. The only time he was quick was when I pulled out the credit card and then I saw the bill was wrong so he quickly fixed it and then lingered while I paid online.I'll never eat there again. They've given BDub a bad name. I guess they're not worried about business.

If I can give negative stars I would. Last night, February 14th, I place a online take out order for pick-up at 6:40pm. I got my food around 8pm, got home and it was cold. Now, I live about 10-15mins away from this location so I don’t expect my food to be piping hot but I do expect my food to not be room temperature. Spend over $60 on cold food that probably sat in the kitchen for 30mins before I even got it. Never going back.

I have to share this cause I was livid when my daughter shared her experience at the women's restroom.My daughter dresses like a tomboy and has her hair short but you can still noticed that she is a girl. 2 women one black, one mexican starting yelling and swearing at her that she wasn't belong there and the men restroom was on the other side.She is just 18 years old. She tried to explain that she was a girl but they didn't even let her talk. She went inside of the stool cause she was scared. She called one of her friends to go for her cause she was afraid to go out. This as a mom, makes me so mad. She is studying and working the whole week. The only day she decides to go out to eat and have fun with her friends was ruined by ignorant people.Please next time you are in a public restroom and think about others business keep your mouth shut. You never and I hope you never hear one of your children crying about stupid people making stupid comments about them.
