Im a regular breakfast costumer and the employees always good , but unfortunately I stop las night to order 3 meals , and the old lady looks like she is the manager but the actitud is rude , she don’t sei hi , she is face is look like if I gonna asking for free” , poor costumer service …May I never coming back in the afternoon…:(

The difference between the night and the day crew is like, well, night and day. Night crew is slow, sullen, rude and often gets the order wrong. Day crew is exact opposite.

Impossibly disappointed! I'm not a regular here, but I will stop by now and then because my spouse likes the Impossible Burger. Generally it's okay, but my last experience was so remarkably bad across the dimensions that matter when it comes to fast food I'm using this forum to warn you. Ordering through the drive-thru last night, I saw the basic impossible Burger meal deal for 10.99. I was asked after I ordered what size I like which I recognized is the general opportunity for them to upsell. I said I want the basic. He said large? I asked is that the basic? He said yes. I saw the order ring up on my drive-thru screen as 10.99. When I got to the window to pay the order was more than I expected, but I thought it was attributed to taxes. Later I noticed he did in fact upgrade me to the large after I drove away from the window but before I paid. I felt scammed. To add insult to injury, the fries were over salted, and the burger had been sitting out and was dry. Beware! The employees have lost sight of service and quality.

You would think with them not taking your order and you having to put it on a machine yourself they would have more time to keep the place clean.Floor filthy, table filthy, literally shoes sticking to floor.

The food actually looks like it does on the menu, lol! ??The burgers are not overdone, the chicken sandwich is not dry, you can refill your own drinks, the bathrooms are clean, the ceiling tiles don't look like the roof caved in, the floors were clean, the windows were clean, and the tables were clean! Jonathan at Burger King is a true superstar! Despite facing rude customers, he remained incredibly kind and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!As a matter of fact , on October 1st 2023I was enjoying a delicious meal at Burger King when suddenly, I started choking on a piece of food. I was in a panic and couldn't breathe. But just in the nick of time, Jonathan, who had been keeping an eye on the dining area, rushed over to help. With quick thinking and expert training, he performed the Heimlich maneuver and dislodged the food from my throat, saving my life! I am incredibly grateful for his heroic actions and will always remember Jonathan as your personal burger-superhero! ? ♂️

This is the burger King outside 6 flags. There's never any wait. The food is always reasonably priced. The service is good the staff is very friendly.
