If we could give 10 stars we would! We used Chef Paul Catering for our fathers 90th Birthday party and Patricia and team were outstanding! The quote process easy and the advise for food portions was spot on! They were very professional, arrived on time, and handled everything for us making the day just a wonderful experience for our father and 80 guests. The food was outstanding! Patricia was wonderful to work with! We didn't really know what kind of food we wanted to have at our wedding, but through a few tastings, we were able to find the right menu selections. The wedding day went perfectly, from food setup to cake cutting. Patricia was more than willing to work with us on any request, as we wanted to bring our own silverware, plates, cups, etc. The food was great, the tables looked great, the service was great, and the planning process was super easy....read full review
