I am not exactly sure how many times I have went to Gurnee Mills Mall to see this place and say that we have to try it one day. Well.....I can say we finally tried it and was impressed. Honestly, where else can you get an 8" personal pan pizza and unlimited trips to the salad bar for $16.99 each?Also.....HOLY BLOODY MARY for $10.00!!!!!!!! Perfect size, great garnishes, and the flavor your mouth waters for.When entering the restaurant through the mall, it was very clean. Any table that was empty was cleaned off and ready for the next customer. It was a wide open area with lots of room and great for those that can't stand being in tight quarters. The waitress (I have to get better at asking for names) was probably one of the best waitresses that I have had. She was very attentive, always checking on us, was personable, explained everything to us, brought out our drinks and food quickly and had the check ready once we were ready to leave.The salad bar was very fresh and seemed to always be replenished when it got low. It was also kept squeaky clean in between customer trips. And for the pizza...it was much bigger than anticipated for being a personal pan pizza.If you haven't visited this restaurant, it is for sure an adventure that should be planned with your friends and family. Where else can you go buy some shoes, clothes, and a gun and then eat some amazing food!

Zach was very nice and kept checking in on our table. I had a great time eating delicious food and have that tasty lemonade drink. Zach was very committed to our service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was great and I would definetly come back here!

I am from Wisconsin. I rode down to The Gurnee Mills Mall last October 2022, to try Chicago Woodfire Pizza. It sounded Good. I brought the pizza back to Wisconsin. I was disappointed in the pizza. I really thought that that with a place with the name Chicago Woodfire Pizza that they would have Chicago deep dish pizza which they don't according to the waitress that I talked to there. I will say that even though I was disappointed with the pizza, the waitress and the staff were very Friendly and the place was designed really Good. They should make deep dish pizzas though

Pleasantly surprised at the good pizza. So many wood & coal fired pizzas are delicate little works of art with thin spread of toppings, more a flatbread. Not the case here, they layered the toppings on heavy enough that it qualifies as pizza/meal. The crust was crisp. The taste of the wood fire singed in perfectly. Sized perfect for one person. Or to be split if you have appetizers or the salad bar. Great server.. very attentive and informative. Would definitely go back.

What is this disturbing dark teriyaki tasting sauce on my margherita? Who designed this menu and chose these ingredients? Someone needs to visit Italy, badly. Tastes like a fresh culinary student trying too hard to make a statement. No thank you. You’re not doing justice to Chicago by calling this Chicago pizza. Smh.

Today was my first time here. My boyfriend got the meat lovers, he said it was good just like any other pizza. I got the pulled pork sandwich, can’t compare it to any since this was my first at a restaurant but it was delicious, couldn’t even eat it all. 4 stars because it took about 3-5 minutes to be seated and the waitress didn’t come get our order quick, another table got up and left because no one came to them. Service is not so good, but food it would go back. Kinda expensive though 42 dollars

The pizza was incredible! I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and my wife had the Helena pizza with their fries n ranch. Was not a fan of their cheese sauce, but the ranch was tasty and I'm picky. You don't lose points for my particularity of palette.Our hostess was very sweet and the cocktails were top notch and top shelf ? Love to go back soon! Pizza was good but the service was severely lacking i orded a meatlovers add mushrooms and when it came there where no mushrooms i tried flagging fown the waitresses multiple times but ended up just going to the bar area and talking to the manager to get the mushroom charge off my bill

Convenient after walking mall. Bartender friendly, attentive and served our drinks with the biggest smile, as well as a delicious hot pizza right out of the oven. We will be back!
Soggy wings that didn't come with ranch and a "margarita pizza" that came with maybe a half a leaf of Basil, cherry tomatoes, and no garlic. Overall, waste of money. Even their celery sucked.

Have to give 1 star. Arrived and was seated. Waited 20 min just sitting there. No one came by our table to give water, say “sorry we will be with you soon,” nothing. Finally we just got up and left. I don’t think anyone will even notice.

If the walls where you eat look like this then I'm scared to know what the kitchen walls look like ?♀️ The food was okay. Wanted Coke or Pepsi but our server Tommy brought a water. Didn't want to bug him because he seemed to be in a bad mood already. The other servers seemed super friendly and attentive and even had to pick up our check because Tommy was busy chatting (hence 3 stars instead of 2) I wouldn't recommend unless you really want a salad bar option. Plus the pizza is overpriced at 15.99 if you ask me.

Amazing service! Decided to sit at the bar pretty slow on Tuesday's around 2pm. Was taken care by the manager Sierra, super friendly very polite and all around great customer service. Food tastes great & good alcohol drink selection. Definitely coming back
