We have a daughter who has Downs Syndrome. Our waitress was amazing her name was Rachel I believe. She introduced herself to Us and even on top of that she was amazing too our daughter. It was St.Pattys day she took off her necklace and let our daughter have it. She said she was new but no way that was true. She was so attentive to our daughter and my Husband and I. She made sure our daughters food came out first with our Appetizers and drinks. It was our daughter's bday and due to loud noises triggering our daughter she still made sure our baby got Birthday Ice cream. Even helped me out when our daughter had made a accident and acted like it was okay and not a big deal. When my Husband and I we're mortified. She brushed it off and helped us clean up mess well actually moved us up a booth and said don't worry that's what she was therefore and to relax. Sense 2018 we have not been able to relax and have a decent date and able to go out to eat and not get looks or feel bad. Thank you Rachel and If she is really new like she said she was she needs to be training people and move up in your company. God Bless you ? you made my Husband and I's night the best in years.

I think that the server may be one of the managers and if so she should be fired she worked today march 5th and was here at 5 when I arrived. She is very short then she yelled at a employee in front of the whole restaurant if that’s the standard of how to treat people or employees at this property I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here or eat here. She tried to tell me I had 3 drinks so I’m not allowed to get the strongest drink on the menu but I can still order multiple drinks after it seemed like if you wasn’t white she really didn’t want to serve you she made me feel angry and extremely uncomfortable and I won’t be back on top of that the food was so nasty ! She didn’t even ask how everything was she just gave me the tablet to pay the bill she spoke to everyone else she served more than me if your race isn’t white don’t go here you won’t be treated right or up to any standards

Jada is an outstanding waitress and this location had by far, the best food we've ever had from Chili's. Everything was perfect! We like that Chili's is consistent, but this visit was a pattern interrupt in the best kind of way. Whoever was throwin' down in the kitchen, didn't come to play games. The brisket quesadillas and the burger were absolute perfection. Great job, wish you guys weren't so far or we'd come more often. We were in Gurnee for a visit to Great Wolf Lodge.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would...Me my BF and kids were seated and 20 mins went pass no waitress/waiter came by to ask us about starters or drinks and in between the time that we waited about 7 waitresses walked by without even acknowledging us...at this point we really didn't want to spend our money here....we got up and left but before leaving we asked to speak to and on-site manager which I don't even think was the manager! He asked where we were seated we told him right by the kitchen door and he asked if we would like to be seated and someone would take our order immediately we declined because it still didn't change the fact that we were ignored. No solution at all...we kinda got (WHATEVER) energy from this so called managerI will never eat here! the one in waukegan has wayyy better customer service

They were kinda confused yesterday messed up.our orders gave our appetizers to someone else. glasses and coffee cups were getting broken. And stuff flying all over I was a bit scared.
