The location was clean, but the cashier had an attitude. She was in such a rush to charge me that the order wasn’t finished being made, and she had to charge me additionally, for extra condiments being added on to the meal. When I asked her, why didn’t she just wait until the order was finished She had an issue with that and then after I asked her about the charge for an additional item she had an attitude telling me that she doesn’t make the prices. I understand everybody’s having a rough day, but if you’re gonna work in customer service have a better attitude because that’s a great way to lose customers.

My husband ordered a veggie bowl for me and I found a piece of meat in it when I was almost done eating it, I’m a vegetarian and made me sick to my stomach and I threw up especially when I’m 7 months pregnant, this is the second time this has happened, ignorant staff, I don’t think they even consider people’s choice and mix and match spoons with everything. Never buying again from chipotle, disgusted to the core? If I could I would give this place a 0 rating

Very rude serving line staff for no reason at all. Female greeter literally rolled her eyes and male staff members seemed disgusted to be there. Lots of extra staff standing around while restaurant was a mess. Food was decent but overall experience was a 2/10.

Location was clean however, the young man that made my bowls seemed a bit irritated. Maybe a bad day. No greeting just what would you like. As for the amount of meat/protein he gave wasn’t in proportion to the bowl. The steak was cold but seasoned well & the chicken was luke warm. The beans & rice were hot and tasted good. I had to take it home and warm it up. $19 for sub par. Should have gone to the Waukegan location.
