If I could leave 0 stars I would, the price they show on their display screens is different from what they show you on the ticket, I made a complaint to the employee and they only told me that the prices changed, I told them that they need to update their prices that They show why what they do is theft. They only apologized. I will never shop at this place again, save your money friends.

Was at the point of check out. My total was between 11$ and 12$. Handed the clerk 22$ to receive $10 back... was abruptly handed my 2$ back. I do not know why with as i observed a stocked cash drawer, the associate couldn't give me the $10 bill back as change. Wasn't happy with the handling of the situation. If he was short on bills, I understand. But this wasn't the case. From one business owner to another. Bad form.

Employees make up prices as they go. We were charged between 20 cents to 2 dollars over the price on each ordered item, this includes different prices on items that are supposed to cost the same. When I asked about it, the employee lied to my face saying that the prices on the menu are old.
I stood at the counter and was completely ignored by the staff.

Stopped at this place maybe 2-3 times in the past year and not bad overall.My nearly 8-year-old son loves taro bubble tea and in this mall, this place is his choice.Had the same thing once before myself and the taste is decent if not a bit pricy for what you get.Wife had the crepes once and claimed it was ok but expensive and she hasn't been back for it since.Service is always good but amidst the nationwide inflation, prices are a bit steep and the overall taste is nothing to write home about.

I got the passion fruit green tea with passion fruit popping pearls, and it was delicious. There is many options for the base drink and then for the popping pearls/tapioca! (My drink was very good, this photo does it no justice)
