I was at great wolf lodge and I ordered a delivery and they claimed that that tried to deliver but they did not, I would not be surprised if this store is a scam. Now I have to put a claim through my credit card to cancel because the manger was very unprofessional and did not try to resolve my issue. Please just order from somewhere else if you don’t want any problems.

Was stuck at work so I left my teenager money to order him and his siblings food.. says delivered but my boys never received anything! So I called over 3 hours no response... So hopefully today when I just pull up they can do something

Waited 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. Then I ordered 1 sausage and 1 cheese pizza. I received my sausage pizza with just 10 sausages at one side. Waited 20 minutes on the phone on hold and no one ever answered. Poor customer service.

On 13th Jan , I ordered pizza pickup. I was there in store for more than 1.5 hours and constantly asked the staff about my pizza. The girl at the counter constantly tells me that my pizza is next coming up and it's in the Owen. After 1.5 hours she asked me to check with the chubby white guy who is making pizza there. That guy was so rude. I was talking to my wife and he interrupted her and asked her to cancel the order. My wife resists and he asks us to leave the store by saying that you won't be getting any pizza you leave my store. We ask them the reason why they took 1.5 hours to tell us that our order is missing somewhere and they don't have time to find it. He was threatening us that he will call the police if we don't leave.He is the manager there and he was constantly threatening people and showing eyeballs to them even when they are talking to kids. He was about to hit people with so much anger.Very rude guy.Very bad experience.Will never go back there and won't recommend anyone to go there.. that guy is dangerous and should be fired immediately.

I ordered pizzas+ more for delivery tonight. Delivery guy was really nice and got a nice tip but he brought wrong order. I have been calling the store and been on hold for more than an hour with no response. Somebody picks up and They just keep sending it on hold. If you press option 1 to order, some centralized location picks up and tell you they will directly connect to the manager but even then been on hold for over a half hour. Worst customer service ever experienced. They cant even come to the phone to talk to customers?

I did not appreciate having the manager of dominos pizza eat the pizza of two of the most helpless 87 year old senior citizens. My sister placed an order for my elderly parents and it was for pick up. My 87 year old father who stopped by to pick up the pizza that my sister. When I stopped by at home my parents were upset at the fact that not only was the order wrong but it's half eaten my sister tried calling they wouldn't pick up then I tried calling I hear manager telling the worker to hang up as I was explaining the problem with order. So I took matters into my own hands instead I see a tattooed Manger maybe Latino instead of correcting the problem he was giggling like little school GIRLS UNPLEASANT UPROFESSIONAL . I GAVE HIM A PIECE OF MY MIND. FIRE. I DONT NEED PERMISSION TO RECORD I HAVE HIM ON VIDEO. HERES A PICTURE. ALSO GOT MY REFUND. 24 YEARS MY DAD CAME TO THIS PLACE. NEVER AGAIN
