Just not a authentic bagel shop experience ? Store is not clean employees not wearing hair nets either. The last couple of times I have come in the atmosphere is not very appealing. Bring back a good kosher style experience (which this location has zero) Provide seating(not just chairs against the window) The food is just not appealing!!!

Today was crazy busy. There was a long line, but the young man that took care of us was exceptional. Medium brown hair, thin build, blue eyes. Anyways, he was always positive, even if you asked for something special or done a certain way. Always a "yes of course" kind of guy. Ordered the turkey on an asiago bagel and that was so fresh and delicious. My husband had the nova lox on a plain bagel. Both were delicious, despite having a cinnamon streussel crumb attached to both of ours (made for interesting flavors). Staff were always professional and nice. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for the atmosphere is because it was too peopley in there :)

I ordered a turkey sausage with cheddar cheese and eggs on a pretzel bagel. Which sounds so basic, but it was delicious. I also added a hash brown, which was my first time having it. The service was awesome, the server was able to help me pick a sandwich, and she also gave me her suggestion. The sandwich was savory and salty. The hash browns gave me cheesy potato vibes. It was so yummy. I would definitely go back to try other menu items.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews but this place deserves it. Me and my husband were looking for a bagel place after working and this was our first time trying this spot so I got a bacon and egg bagel & my husband tried the pizza bagel both were super delicious. Everyone was so nice here and the food was on point! We decided to place another order of drinks since the food was so good, we tried the blackberry lemonade and a coffee shake, right there is when I got obsessed! If you’re looking for a delicious bagel or good coffee/lemonade def give this place a try!

I love having this in Gurnee! Amazing, fast breakfast! They got my order wrong here today, and fixed the mistake promptly with no issue. Great customer service and delicious food, doesn't get much better!

4/5 rating due to a few dings:There is a Coke Freestyle machine, but it only has Coke and Diet Coke available- less than most regular pop machines.I made a special trip because there isn't a location near me and was looking forward to the tomazza bagel, but that wasn't available anymore. Maybe Einstein will bring it back someday.Other than those small issues, it's a clean and friendly store and the bagel selection has lots of variety. The bagels here are always delicious. Recommend a visit if you're in the area!

The bagels I did get were good but they forgot one in my order. Being 25 minutes away didn't give me the chance to go back and get a refund. This was my first visit there and it was unpleasant.
