Best pizza in the world!Only giving 4 stars in my review because I wish I didn’t take thaaaaat long.. hopefully someday we will be able to order in advance so we won’t have to wait up to 1 hour for deep dish already seating in the table.

Pizza is good but the service fucking blows. I mean they literally don't give a fuck about customers like we don't keep the lights on. They seem to get bothered when you ask them for something. And you would think that because they have new employees often they'd have better service. Who is training these people? The only good employee is the buss boy lady that pick up the dishes from the table (Hispanic lady) , she always is getting drinks for us when it's the waiters job to do it. Also, this has happened twice. I have the doctor paperwork to prove it. This place has gave me extreme diarrhea twice. The dough wasn't fully cooked or the cheese was bad. Doesn't take much for me to throw 5 stars at places I go to, but yeah no this place gets a 3 and that's me being nice. Just order the pizza, pick it up and go home. Avoid eating at the actual place.

Their chicken parmesan entree is the best we've ever had. It's become a weekly meal for us on takeout. When I walk in they just hand me the meal since I always order online.

I was craving a thin crust pizza so I ordered one to go. This pizza is not thin crust! At least not MY definition of thin or small size pizza. If you want large quantity, then this is the place for you! Not bad, lots of cheese and toppings but too much crust still.

Our very first time eating at this restaurant in Gurnee, IL! It was recommended to eat nearby the hotel. So, we tried it out for the famous deep dish pizza. When we walked in, got seated right away. There was one other table of people sitting there at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, (3/13/24). Looked over the menu and decided to order a Chopped Chicken Salad, a Large Spaghetti with Marinara sauce, a Deep Dish Pizza with Jalapeños, Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes, Spinach and Pepperoni. Got another custom Deep Dish Pizza with Chicken and Jalapenos. The server said 45 minutes for the pizzas to be ready... We got a Shirley Temple, a Diet Pepsi, Sprite and Water for our drinks. The atmosphere inside was kind of dingy, but very quiet and comfortable. After about 10 minutes, we got refills on drinks and the salad. Received the Pizzas after about 50 mins. Then after another 10 mins, got the Spaghetti. Didn't realize the pizza portions and sizes were so large! We figured the Deep Dish pizzas would be stomach fillers, but man were they huge and thick slices!!! Very cheesy!!! Tasted pretty good, just way too big. Had to take the Spaghetti to go since we were hecka full already from the pizza and salad. Maybe our expectations were too high? Didn't taste a single piece of chicken on the pizza. Maybe it was forgotten??? Ambiance and service - 4 Food quality - 2 Overall rating = 3

we came here from Meridian Mississippi for my daughters navy bootcamp graduation and ate here the Chicago style pizza was spot on I give it a 9.0 loved the Italian beef also a 9.0 bruscheta also a 9.0 motzerlla triangles 8.0 the only thing that wasn't great was the calamari I give it a 5.0 needed more seasoning but all an all four stars

Last time we had it before this time was about a year ago, the dough was soggy and it wasn't great. This last visit though it was excellent. Had a deep dish sausage with a appetizer of cheese curds.
