Horrible service. We were waiting in line over five minutes. There were three employees, Not one employee greeted us or asked what Other customers arrived after us and were taken care. I said hello, and the employee in front of me didn’t say anything. We left without ordering anything.

This place has the best wide selections of Boba flavors to choose from and the service that you get here is very nice and will visit more now that I seen they serve tamales and sandwiches too here.

The third time they give the nachos almost empty and stale and the ones that say corn are canned beans are not original the last time I bought here I hope the owners try to improve everything even the service is terrible they change staff every week

So disappointed that the mango icecream is not what it used to be. It’s totally artificial and or watered down, I couldn’t tell. I wonder if it’s just this one or if they all changed the recipe.

They need to be consistent with the times, today I went to try buy some stuff a was 7.50 pm and the door was lock already and there was a lady with glasses and she the was closed already, and ask why if Google say you are open till the 10.00, I guess whoever is working always decides when to closed they need to be better with times..

please hire emilly and victoria back ? the place needs them , everytime i go and order food it’s like theirs pros working there. they know how to brighten up the place and make peoples day .

One of the women at the counter was very rude today .One of young guys was helping us and she intervened out of the blue and shortly left us saying that if we were not ready she could not wait and there were other customers coming. We ended up waiting longer for someone else to pick and pay. Definitely some people there have no customer service skills.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The ice cream was delicious. I sampled the horchata but ended up having the mango. The others in my group had tamarindo, bubblegum, coconut, a mangonada and a couple paletas. The parking lot also happened to be a good spot to see most of the Great America Fourth of July fireworks while we ate our treats.

Out of all the michoacanas nearby this is my favorite one to go to. Depending on what time you visit the line might be out the door though. I would recommend getting a paleta de agua de leche or the Cheetos with cheese. There are just so many good items on the menu. I love this place. I crave it all the time.

I usually go to the one in Waukegan where the service, quality/quantity of ice cream is great. However, I went to the Gurnee one since I was nearby and didn’t have the same experience. The young man that took my order was new and seemed to treat the ice cream super delicate. He was doing partial scoops and when he put in the cup he wasn’t pushing it down like I am used to seeing, and filling the cup to the top. If that wasn’t enough the ice cream was soft/appeared to be a temp issue.Now I know why the Waukegan one is always busy on nice days.
