Was ordering food asked for bread was told oven was down as we were watching an employee prep bread, then asked if we can get bread without it being toasted and then told there was no bread even though it was clearly being prepped.

I ordered a dessert with my salad. My food was given to me with the receipt showing that I ordered the salad and the dessert when I get home my dessert was not in my bag when I called the store and spoke to Camron he said he assumed that I took a dessert from the counter. This was my first time in this restaurant, it shouldn’t be assumed that I would take anything because it looked like a display when I seen all of the rice crispy treats on the shelf where my food was being prepared being also in customer service never assume what you think They all The customer knows I should’ve been told you can take a dessert from here at the counter or would you prefer we put one in your bag with your salad , for my first experience, I would have to say it was not a good ! I PAID for something I never received!

Our first time and a very pleasant expierience. The staff were very friendly and the resturant very clean. We ordered Alfredo Montemore and Chicken Parmesan to go. The prices were quite reasonable and the wait for our order was very short. Both entrees had fresh and quality engredients. Delicious! Yes, we will be back. Thank You!

Restaurant clean. The spicy Korean beef noodles which I opted for breaded chicken was okay, chicken a bit salty. We usually get the potstickers to share which are delicious with their sauce.

I ordered chicken Pad Thai, chicken with Japanese noodles and Korean bbq noodles to go and when I arrived home, only the Pad Thai came with the chicken. So we paid extra for the chicken and didn’t even get it. I was disappointed, I wish they would have made sure they prepped our order accurately.

The food was a bit pricey for the portion size, but tasted good. The amount of protein was a little disappointing as well. Service was very courteous and our food came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We tried the chicken parm, the spicy beef noodles, chicken noodle soup, and pad Thai and all were delicious.

I Ordered curbside pickup through their website for my lunch break. For some reason when I submitted my order it said an error occurred but I got alerted from my bank I got changed 2x. I called and spoke with Mikey she said just come on in and she would look at the bank statement on my phone. She asked what I ordered and I told her. I got there and showed Mikey my bank statement I was charged 4x by this time. She said the charges should disappear by the end of the day and that she would make my food right away I told her when I was on the phone I was going on my lunch break so I was surprised when I got there my food wasn't already ready. She said they would make my food quickly and I was their first priority. I waited and waited while they delivered food to other customers and finally started my order. I finally got my food and went to the car to quickly eat since I had to head back into work. I opened my food and saw my order was wrong and it had mushrooms in it. I called and spoke with the manager above Mikey and told him the whole situation and I couldn't have them remake the food or go somewhere else since I was out of time on my lunch and I would just have to eat around the mushrooms he apologized and stated he would mail me some free food cards. I ate around the mushrooms and within 5 minutes had a tingling sensation on my lips and they were swollen this lasted 3 hours. I will never be returning to this noodles and company especially when in a rush or on my lunch break and I never received the free food cards in the mail that were promised.
