The ice cream was good and the store is clean but the employee helping us who was probably in his mid to late twenties didn't know what rum raisin was. He literally said "I don't even know what that is" LOL come on now....a dairy company dating back almost 100 years old. Sad.

My wife and I love the ice cream here! Every time we come here we are happy with the results! Can't recommend this place enough, probably my favorite ice cream spot in Gurnee!

Yum! This place smells so good when you walk in. We went in for ice cream when it was freezing outside and enjoyed every moment of it. My daughter ordered a chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and m&ms. I had the chocolate marshmallow. My dad ordered what appeared to be an apple pie ice cream. The ice cream is super creamy and served in these cute glass bowls. They have lots of seating -- you can play chess here too! Service was quick and friendly.

Tried a variety of ice cream and shakes on a weekday evening. All of it was delicious but the Honey Butter Cashew was very runny so it didn’t work in a waffle cone, it was handed to me upside down in a cup half melted. All of the workers were polite but uninspired and looked unhappy to be there.

Exceptionally friendly staff member who also suggested an alternative solution when a limited release flavor was no longer available.Plenty of seating available inside with multiple chess boards. There are also refrigerators with assorted dairy products to take home.It's a shame they have dulce de leches in the take home containers, but not on the menu.
