Poor service. Lied about the order placed, called to say “only one” could not be filled. Upon receipt of the orders via DoorDash turned out that serval orders were missing. Substituted order without permission. Besides, I found the substitution inedible. For reference the orders were placed on 1/11/24. This is clearly deceptive and you are also indirectly stealing from customers. Shame on you!

Do NOT order anything from here....placed an order on DoorDash and received food as a "substitution" that could. not eat.Phoned the establishment and spoke with one of the managers who shared their food delivery truck didn't arrive today.Why continue to accept orders and send random food and waste the time of the DoorDash driver?!

I was hungry and I was looking for something different than just fast food. I saw Laredo Taco and said “ok. Let’s try it.”I was expecting 2 brothers named Juan and Jose living the American dream but it was much different than authentic Mexican food. The prices were a tad steep for what the food behind the glass looks like. I decided for 3 crunchy tacos.The employee asked what kind of meat I would like and I asked what they had. He was very prompt and nice about what they had to offer. So ground beef looked like dog food but it wasn’t dry or anything like that. It had peppers and onions and it was pleasantly seasoned. However, the portions of meat were kinda small. Cheese and tomatoes were on the tacos. I opted to not get lettuce because it looked dry and dark. I paid for the food at the cashier for the gas. Right behind people who want to by cigars and cigarettes and lottery tickets and then had 10 more questions for the cashier. So I paid and received my order and leave. The hot sauce is right next to the roller grill condiments.So the tacos weren’t terrible but if I wanted fast food tacos; I’d go to Taco Bell. Same price and maybe a little more meat/ingredients.

Tried giving me a old crusty broken flour tortilla.. never even asked if I wanted corn.. got mad balled it up and threw it in the trash… he then he couldn’t find nothing so I told him never mind and just left. Better off going to an actual taco place.. they are a hot mess.

I don't get the older one star reviews. My experience with this "gas station food" was surprisingly really good!!! I had a rice and bean bowl with fajita chicken on top and it was delicious!! Up there or even better than Chipotle! The young woman who waited on me could not have been nicer. Great food, good price, super fast and convenient.

Other day absolutely nothing made 2 people doing nothing. Today to people in back paying no attention for customers. People just giving up and walking out. Hot food self serve completely empty. Needs new management!

I go to Laredo Taco Company all the time when I'm in Texas and it's one of my favorite spots for quick tacos w/ handmade flour tortillas. Going to the Gurnee location was a very different experience. The tortillas were stale and the food was sloppy. I asked for guacamole and they only put one scoop on one half of the taco. The employees seemed like they did not know what they were doing. For $5+ per taco, I was very disappointed. You're better off supporting one of the many authentic local Mexican restaurants in the Gurnee area.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Toilet paper holders are broken so the rolls are laying around on the floor. No soap and something has been spilled down the door of the women's bathroom. To make matters worse, I was standing at the register when a voice came over reminding the staff to clean for covid and the girls behind the register laughed. Don't stop here unless you really have to.
