I find it weird that in the middle of the order the person would stop to go work on a order for someone not in the store, that already had another employee working on it. Two of the three people working were doing takeout orders as they have a growing line of people waiting. Also had the wrong cheese put on my sandwich, which I called out while they were doing it and they decided to lie about what cheese it was rather than fix an easy mistake. Half the veggies looked worse than any other subway I've been too. There are other locations close enough to here that I cant recommend using this one at all.

I’ve been here more than twice and so far the customer service is fine, ingredientes seem fresh, their sandwiches are good too, I like to personalize them, however, I came in yesterday and was charged more than what I should’ve. It was probably a mistake but I would be careful with this. I also don’t like having to ask for an extra amount of ingredientes because sometimes they do not put enough, if I remember well yesterday they just put 3 cucumbers in my sandwich which is a joke so I had to ask for more. Overall, this place is just fine.

Very unprofessional. I have never seen this happening before. 1. They closed at 7:35 pm; 2. I was standing outside knocking the door, while lights were ON and i could see employees in there, nobody opened it up, after couple minutes they saw me knocking and started laughing and then shut off the lights on my face.

I will never be ordering from this location ever again. I made an online order and when I arrived at the store, they didn't even know that an order was placed. Then, when they realized they started to make it, but the guy making it would not stop eating his ice cream as he was making my food. This is hands down the worst subway.

Staff is very friendly and this location seems brand new. Very tidy! Clean, spacious, fully staffed. There is a lot of booth seating, which I like. New soda machine plus cooler with bottled drinks, milk, juice. I'll definitely come back to this location.

I ordered online, asking in special instructions the subway to be double toasted, add gardinera and cut into three pieces. WELL, AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE IMAGE, NONE OF THAT HAPPENED.

This is not a store to place an online order with as they have made mistakes every time I tried. I always order a BLT wrap and I have gotten a BMT (not a ham or pepperoni fan), ingredients I didn't want on sandwiches (black olives), or items ( sides) completely forgotten. You can't leave without checking the bag which we learned too late! It's rediculous to have to open each sandwich. Calling to complain doesn't resolve the issue as who wants to drive all the way back? The solution from corporate is to offer $2 off or a free cookie on your next visit. The owner just sends a copy and paste form letter to apologize which doesn't help when your meal is already over and they keep making mistakes. I'm going to try another store and hope for the best.
