Waited over an hour for food i could of cooked my self and i suck at cooking. Took two bites and had to ask for the check. They still had the audacity to charge me for both entrees. Had the chicken al pastor bowl. Portion so small and unflavored you are better off going to chipotle. First and last time trying tgi fridays.

Very very disappointed. Place is so dead, no customers.. no music, zero atmosphere. Service was extremely slow, the food was taking SO long and keep in mind this place was not busy at all. I just wanted to leave after the appetizer arrived due to the amount of time everything was taking.

My group and I were hoping to have at least a half decent meal after a long day, and to say the least, we were extremely disappointed. Our food was horrible, and we regretted even having the thought of coming here. Along with that, the we felt extremely unwelcome and disrespected with the service. I never leave reviews businesses but it was absurd how bad our experience was. Never coming here again.

The food was very bad, we had 5 people and we didn't even eat the food because it just didn't taste good enough to be edible. The service was just okay, the waiter slid our plates to us obnoxiously and slammed our drinks in our table causing it to spill everywhere. I would not come here, the prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food. If it was cheap I would understand but we paid a lot of money to have really terrible food.

Me and my wife were in the area today, figured we’d get a quick bite to eat. It was dead inside but still took a while to get seated.. Our server was very nice. I ordered bone in wings and my wife got boneless. NEVER in my life have i seen bone in wings as sad as the ones served to me today. I mean seriously, TGIs yall should be embarrassed. These wings were about 1 inch by 2 inch at best. At the price point, this is highway robbery. That’s not the worse part… these so called “wings” were not even tossed in sauced but yet.. lightly drizzled in sauce. Could not tell BBQ from buffalo! Over done, small, barely sauced, poor quality meat. My wife’s “boneless” wings were nothing more than some dry dog food looking bites. Food was cold. Avoid this place at all cost. Don’t see this place lasting long. I saw the “cook” from our table in the kitchen with “air-pods” in his ears. Get it together TGIs gurnee!!!!!! Waste of money. Left hungry!

I had the whisky burger, it was great! They should bottle and sell that whisky sauce at the restaurant!! My grandson had the cheese sticks and loved it, he is a 11 year old and him saying he likes the cheese sticks means allot. So if you must order a burger try the whisky burger.Kid-friendliness: The server was very child focused. Made my grandson feel welcome.

Arrived at 1038p. Overweight flaky bartender said they're only doing takeout. "But dine-in open till midnight", I said as he busily wiped the counter. He then completely ignored me as I stood waiting on a response. After I asked him, bartender became irrate. I had to get food in me so I relented.After finding out I only wanted wings, he said ok to dine-in. I swear, those wings came out not even 5 minutes after he took the order. MY GOD, THEY LOOKED MUMMIFIED, BURNT AND YOU COULD BONES EXPOSED FROM THE FLESH! THE WINGS WERE ALSO QUITE SMALL!Just look at the images! It looks like they were saved for the worst customer and apparently, I won. For heavens sake, they just drizzled the garlic-parmasean sauce haphazardly on em. WORST WINGS IN HISTORY!Parking: Perhaps 100 spots. Ample spaces on south end of building.
