While pulling up in drive through. I noticed that the floor and all behind the counter look Immaculately clean. I told our order taker which I must say had the best customer service etiquette. I've seen in a long time. I'm from Chicago and I think this has just become my new restaurant when I want some Popeyes Chicken it will be worth the drive for the experience I received on April 17,2024
This is the only fast food place I’ve ever tried multiple times and they’ve been dissatisfying each time. They have 1 drive thru lane, and when there is a line of more than one vehicle, expect to wait longer than you would believe. Today, for example, 1 vehicle ahead of me in line, it was over 10 minutes before they had taken their order. This Popeyes was FILTHY. It was clear no one has done the lobby ALL day.
